all the charges/ fees/ incidental expenses with relation to it & agree to bear the same.

 I/We have applied for an insurance coverage along with this facility & have understood the
terms of coverage and premium payable thereon.
मैं ने / हमने इस सुकवधा के साथ बीमा कवरे ज के कलए आवेदन ककया है और कवरे ज और प्रीकमयम दे य
शतों को समझ कलया है ।
 I/We have not made any payment in cash, bearer cheque or kind along with or in
connection with this application to the executive collecting my/our application form
 मैं ने / हमनें इस आवेदन बाबत कंिनी के ककसी भी कमम र्चारी को ककसी प्रकार की कोई नगद राकश या
कबयरर र्चेक नहीं कदया है |

 The sanction under the facility shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable
thereto and I have obtained the copy thereof and have read & understood the same.
सुकवधा के तहत मं जूरी, लागू कनयमों और शतों द्वारा कनयंकित की जाएगी और हमे उसकी प्रकतकलकि प्राप्त
हो गयी है और हमने शतों को समझ कलया है ।

 We have received copy of sanction letter, MITC, Loan agreement & amortization schedule
with respect to referred credit facility & agree to abide conditions & repay as per schedule.
हमे अनु मोदन िि, MITC, ऋण समझौते और िररशोधन अनु सूर्ची की प्रकतकलकि प्राप्त हो गयी है और हम
अनु सूर्ची के अनु सार शतों का िालन करने और र्चुकाने के कलए सहमत हैं ।
