Dear Colleagues,

Technogym introduced in July the new Mywellness app 5.0 that allows
operators to create original training content and deliver unparalleled
training experiences anywhere with Live and On-Demand Classes.

To enable the Live & On Demand classes in the Mywellness app 5.0 it is
necessary to purchase and activate the STREAM professional application.

For the new STREAM license operators pay only for users that are
participating to Live or On Demand classes, with no limits of the number
of classes they have participated in.

In order to simplify the STREAM professional application proposals and manage

invoicing based on active users it has been created a NEW PRODUCT CODE
based on the quantity of active users.

NEW PRODUCT CODE

Product Price Model

For the new STREAM license operators pay only for users that are
participating to Live or On Demand classes, with no limits of the number
of classes they have participated in.

For each facility the pricing is organized in two components:

1. Minimum quantity per month – there is a minimum quantity of 100
users per month to be purchased.
2. Additional user fee – When the number of monthly active users
exceeds the amount covered by the minimum quantity, the additional
users are invoiced based on the fee per user per month.

Commercial conditions
STANDARD SALES – For multi-year contracts (3+ years), or in case of
special chains contract, it is possible to apply reserved conditions to the
additional user fee.
 NB: All reserved conditions above 15% has to be agreed and
authorized by HQs and, ultimately, approved via salesforce.
 NB: It is not allowed to apply reserved conditions to the price for
the minimum quantity of users per month.

SMALL OPERATORS – In some and limited specific cases, when we want to

target small operators or operators with few users for whom 100 users
per month are actually oversized compared to the operator's needs and
capabilities, it is possible to share a specific strategy with Headquarters
and agree on a reduced minimum quantity of users per month.
NB: All the reduction to the minimum quantity of 100 users has to be
agreed and authorized by HQs and, ultimately, approved via salesforce.

LARGE FACILITIES – It’s always possible to increase the minimum

quantity of included users, for example if the proposal is for big Facilities
with a lot of members where is quite clear the Operator will need generate
more than 100 active users. In these cases, the minimum number of 100
active users can be increased without limits as multiples of 100.

 NEW Product Codes

There are new codes for the STREAM professional application (see tables
below).
The new codes are associated to users quantity: the price of the new
product code is related to the cost of the STREAM professional application for
the quantity of 1 (one) user for 12 months.

Phase out Product Codes

The previous codes for the STREAM professional application (see tables below)
will be phased out: starting from week 15/2021 it will not be possible to
use the previous codes.

OLD BAAN CODE DESCRIPTION

Existing proposals & orders

Contracts already activated with the old STREAM code can be renewed only
using the new code when the contracts expire.

All confirmed proposals or confirmed orders with the old STREAM code will be
activated without changes.

All pending proposals with the old STREAM code MUST be amended
replacing the old code with the new code. All reserved condition for the
minimum quantity must be removed.

Start Order

Starting from the 12th of April 2021 you can order the STREAM professional
application using the NEW PRODUCT CODE

 Start Delivery
The NEW PRODUCT CODE of STREAM professional application can be
activated from week 15/2021.

NEW MSA Contract

When purchasing the STREAM professional application, customers must sign
the new version of the MSA (Master Service Agreement) contract that
has been distributed by the Technogym HQ legal office.

HOW TO CORRECTLY CREATE THE CONTRACT

In order to correctly activate the contract and for an exact calculation of the
active users to invoice, it is mandatory to create the proposal/order from
the quotation tool. Do not create the contract and the order directly on
BAAN.
