Secondly, I would like to express my gratitude to Center Director Hoang Viet Trung
and the Hue Monuments Conservation Center's employees for establishing good
conditions for me to learn about practice during my internship here. This is not only an
excellent environment to practice for all students of the Faculty of English in particular,
but also a new environment to enhance their skills for all students of Hue University of
Foreign Languages in general.

Thirdly, I would like to especially express my sincere thanks from the bottom of my
heart to Ms. Binh, who personally directed and provided important suggestions to
assist me in completing this internship. Throughout the internship, she passionately
supported me, set the best possible conditions, and assisted me when I encountered
difficulties. I am also appreciative when she spends her valuable time meeting with me,
sharing expertise, and imparting specialized and practical knowledge that is extremely
beneficial so that I may broaden my knowledge and get amazing experiences.

Last but not least, I'd want to express my gratitude to all of the team members who are
always eager to assist, share knowledge during group tasks, and give suggestions to
help me develop myself. I also want to say thank you to all people who provided me

4. Finish work and Unfinish work.

4.1 Finish work.
After a month at the center, I got more possibilities to study and learn many things
about the Center as well as external knowledge on external information on
monument conservation, foreign affairs, monument restoration, and the Hue
Monuments Conservation Center's accomplishments. As a result, after researching
and learning about the amazing qualities that the Center has done for notable
cultural heritages in Thua Thien Hue province, I found myself really intrigued.
My group was instructed and rehearsed several various papers on international
affairs and relic conservation under the supervision of Ms. Binh. As a result of
cooperation, we strengthen our self-discipline, become more successful in the
teamwork process, learn from each other, and assist each other perform jobs more
efficiently. Furthermore, with a high sense of discipline throughout the internship, I
learned how to work on time and exercised discipline.

Furthermore, during the internship, I learned how to utilize translation support

software more efficiently, how to use vocabulary and grammar suitable to the
context, and how to continually enhance more specialist vocabulary from the
translation. Furthermore, I have the opportunity to comprehend new sources of
knowledge, such as External Receptionist. Ms. Binh, in particular, opened our eyes
to vast sources of knowledge about notable cultural heritages during the field trip to
study and investigate more about architectural works. Particularly the Hue Ancient
Capital, which is one of Vietnam's seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

4.2 Unfinisk work.

Although I tried my best but there were some things that I not finished yet:

- Perhaps due to a lack of time, the task was not fully implemented as well
as to rub and learn more relevant experiences from the supervisor. Besides, I
also don't have much opportunity to practice translating and hone my specific
skills.

- Furthermore, because the Covid-19 pandemic has just recently calmed,

there have been few international conferences and recept international tourists.
As a result, I regretted that I did not have the opportunity to communicate
with, listen to, and engage with foreigners in order to exhibit foreign language
proficiency as well as develop my English listening and speaking abilities.

- While translating materials with a restricted specialized vocabulary

because there are numerous specialized phrases and grammar, I make
mistakes and get confused a lot. As a result, I find myself continually
improving and expanding my vocabulary as well as specialized words in order
to facilitate better translation.

5. Advantages and disadvantages during the internship.

5.1 Advantages
During my internship, the Center provided me with several benefits in the
process of working and learning, and I was able to accomplish a great deal of
success.
- I receive dedicated and thoughtful guidance from Ms. Binh who
directly guides the internship. When I don't understand or have concerns about
the job, she constantly helps and solves difficulties.
- I work in a professional setting at the external cooperation
department, with complete and comfortable facilities, a very friendly working
environment, and suitable time.
- Working in a team environment with dynamic and creative
members has given me greater motivation to work successfully.
- Especially, during the internship period, there was a field trip that
helped me learn a lot of valuable knowledge and gain a lot of practical work
experience.
5.2 Disadvantages
Aside from the benefits, I also encountered disadvantages throughout my
internship period:
- Firstly, the translation exercise involves specialist language and
complicated grammar appropriate for the situation, it leads to many round
mistakes when translating which is my first issue.
- In addition, I am an introvert, so communicating with everyone in
the group at first was quite shy, so I was unable to provide many personal
ideas.
- Finally, the internship duration is short, there is little chance to
engage in the Center's activities such as welcoming international visitors or
seminars.

6. Self- reflection.
6.1 The strengths
After a month of practice, it wasn't too long, but it helped me find and obtain
more of my strengths.
- Firstly, I learned everything I could from the instructor and team members
while working, which helped me obtain more and more experience and good
information to apply for my future job. Furthermore, the search for
information about Hue's monuments and the translation of several specialized
translation documents have greatly enhanced my English abilities such as
writing and reading.
- The second characteristic is my capacity to learn rapidly; I can quickly
and efficiently learn how to utilize translation software.
- Third, working in a professional setting and in groups has allowed me to
put my sense of duty and discipline into effect. I always arrive at work on time
and do my
- Fourth, I have a good ability to combine and work in groups. As a result,
the finished product is excellent. Furthermore, connecting and working with
the members on a regular basis has helped me see my own abilities in
developing new partnerships

6.2 The weeknesses.

In addition to these strengths, I had several weeknesses throughout my
internship:

- My specialist vocabulary is fairly limited; this is my greatest drawback when I

try translating various sorts of documents and make several errors.
- I'm still afraid to provide my own viewpoint.
- I didn't have many chances to obtain practical experiences, such as attending
seminars or personally hosting foreign delegations, to develop my speaking and
listening abilities.

7. Achieved experience.

After a month of being honest at the conservation center, I not only have
very nice memories here, but I have also gained a lot of experience, skills,
and new sources of knowledge. This is really helpful for me in my life.
future job.
To begin with, working in a professional setting with Ms. Binh, Head of
Cooperation and External Relations, has helped me improve my
discipline, which includes always arriving on time and doing my best to
complete the work delivered on time.
Furthermore, the supervisor's enthusiasm and kindness helped me it made
me more comfortable in sharing the confusion and confusion in
translating the text, helping me to recognize the mistakes and improve
them. Especially, the internship instructor with the form of group work
assisted me greatly in enhancing team member learning and forming
many new relationships. Moreover, practicing translating texts a lot. also
helped me somewhat improve my English level through each translation.
Especially reading and writing skills.
Next, through discovering more about the Hue Monuments Conservation
Center, I learned more about the long-standing culture of the Hue relic
complex. As a result, I have a greater understanding of the Hue
Monuments Conservation Center's role and obligations in repairing and
protecting these long-standing historical assets. The field excursion to
Hue Citadel and the Tomb of King Tu Duc, in particular, provided me
with a more in-depth and realistic understanding of the magnificence of
these heritage monuments and piqued my interest in cultural history Hue's
historic site culture.
Last but not least, this internship assisted me in identifying my strengths
and weaknesses so that I may continue to progress and develop myself in
the future. In particular, being familiar with the actual working
environment and having the opportunity to interact with the job helped
me understand that the knowledge I learned in school is not sufficient and
that I must constantly improve and rub a lot for better orientation and
more opportunities for future work.
I appreciate the valuable experiences which I have obtained from this
practical training course.
