➢ In the third lecture, we learned how to handle shock and how


to provide temporary first aid to a patient who had been bitten
by a snake.

how to utilize a road safely and the traffic laws that apply to

Accomplishments1
● They provided us information about disasters, how to rescue and help the survivors.

● They educated us about how to deal with emergencies, including providing first aid training.

● As an internee of Rescue 1122 organization the Rescue 1122 Authority provided us with

a number of tasks aimed to support and assist the community in case of any kind of emergencies.

● This organization provide us a lot of information about first aid and how we can rescue a
patient in emergency

● This organization energized us to help others with the importance of first aid.

● This organization gave us information about the methods of extinguishing a fire.

● Through rescue 1122, we have learned how to live for others.

Challenges2
There were many challenges we faced during this whole period.

• Time management: The biggest challenge of the session was to manage social activities, sip
classes and regular classes side by side.

• Difficulty for transportation: As we were mostly girls, so it was little bit hard for us by going at
local taxi for awareness session.

Learning Outcomes3
• Working with a social welfare organization like Rescue 1122 was very helpful in increasing our
knowledge.

• We were engaged in various different activities, we explored our capabilities.

• We learned to work collectively as a team.

• Our humanitarian spirit was boosted.

• We learnt how to convince people to actively participate in social activities to help others
and play their part in making this world a better place.

• We learn about giving first aid to the emergency patient.
