· The contractor's request shall be submitted in three copies and shall frist come the engineer's site office
· This request form shall be submitted to the engineer's office 20hrs before the contrcator intends the inspection to be conducted
· The engineer shall keep filing of the relevant test results and measurements or cross-section data together with the approval request form for the purpose of payment
