Examples:

Prepositions of place:
in: a very general way // places, countries, cities.
at: specific place.
on: streets, avenues, floors.

Grammar: there is / there are


There is = singular
There are = plural
Examples:
In my house there are 4 bedrooms.
There are 3 bathrooms.
In my house there is one kitchen.
There is one living room.
In my bedroom there are 3 windows.
In my kitchen there is one door.
There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and one bathroom
downstairs.

Negative:
There isn’t = singular
There aren’t = plural
