Management Feasibility

One of the critical aspects in starting a business is the management aspect. To do this,

management must be able to organize all activities so that they are profitable and competitive in

the market using new technologies, financial resources, and human resources. This comprises an

examination of the officers and key individuals, fundamental factors in setting up the business,

the ownership structure, the organizational chart, and the timeline for the project. This plan's

primary goal is to evaluate the organization setup's option effectiveness.

Management should give the overall operation of the firm priority in order to accomplish

the efficiency of the business objectives. Ownership, financial decisions, organizational

structure, personal management, operational management, and various management-related

phases of this study are all significantly impacted by the management element.

The goals of the management aspect are to identify the type of ownership to be formed,

to identify the project initiators, investors, and managers, to discuss the activities and the time

allotted to each, to list the various positions, qualifications, and their duties and responsibilities,

to adopt an organizational structure for the business, and to establish a detailed compensation

plan for the employees.

Forms of Ownership

An organization is a structure or backbone through which the activity of a business,

managerial or otherwise is conducted that it provides the required channels, points of margin,

and flow of management direction and control. Consideration must be given to the type of

business organization that best meets the needs of the enterprise. The proponents had weighed

the benefits and drawbacks of each type of business entity, including corporations and sole

proprietorships.

The proponents decided to form a partnership with the name of Boss Gons Coffee House.

A partnership that is made of 2 or more persons pledges themselves to contribute money,

property and industry to a common fund with the goal of distributing the profit among each

partner that is only accountable for the money they contributed to the venture.

Boss Gons Coffee House is a business owned by Mr. Christian Ponce. Ms. Hannah Marie

Aloba, Ms. Mary Grace Moya, and Mr. Sean Justin Morales serve as the company's directors. It

is a form of limited partnership ownership where certain members are free to passively

participate in a partnership without the fear of reprisals. In most legal systems, a limited partner

can also terminate the partnership with the consent of the other members.
Organizational Structure

The functional organizational structure used by Boss Gons Coffee House starts with the

positions with the highest levels of responsibility at the top and descends from investors to

employees. The personnel are arranged according to their individual abilities and their related

purpose in the company and each separate department is managed autonomously with respective

supervisors. With this organizational structure, the benefit is in the specialization of each

employee's skills and in using those skills to manage the work in the company and further

enhance output and services.
