Activity 4 : Associating
(Spelling Bee) 10’ Lottery
10. Students are divided into
5 groups
11. Teacher goes to group 1
and asks representative of
the group to take lottery
that contain a word.
12. Teacher says the word and
give the group time 10
seconds to think and
discuss then they have to
spell the word together.
13. If they are correct their
group gets 10 points.
14. Repeat several times to
other groups.
15. The group with the
highest score is the
winner.
Activity 5: communicating
(guessing game)
16. Students are still in the 10’ Clues
same group.
17. Teacher gives 2 countries
to each group and times
for them to prepare the
clues for other groups.
18. After 3 minutes the
representative of each
group will read the clues,
another group that can
guess the word and write
correct spelling get point
and also the group that
gives the clues as the
reward they can give good
and clear clues.
19. Repeat several times until
all group get chance to
read the clues.
