A Resolution creating a Time frame and Guidelines of
Pasay City West High School Supreme Student
Government Election 2022

WHEREAS:
 The Supreme Student Government is the highest Student led Organization in
an institution as per recognition by the Department of Education Orders,
which exists to cater the best interest of the students they represent.
 The Youth Commission on Election and Appointments is created through the
mandate of Deped NCR memorandum no. 546 s. 2022 and by virtue of
School Memorandum no 37 s. 2022 appointed Mr. Octaviano, Ms Britanico,
Mr. Mosquito and Ms. Dela Pena as Commissioners respectively.
 The Youth COMEA unanimously decided the following
o the Schedule for the conduct of Election are as follows
 August 22 – September 2, 2022 – Homeroom Class Election
 September 5-7, 2022 – Submission of list of Class Officers to
SSG Adviser
 September 8, 2022 – Final Instruction and meeting of COMEA
 September 8, 2022 – Notice Meeting and General Assembly of
Class president

September 09, 2022 – General Assembly, Orientation, and


Formation of the Party
 September 10, 2022 – General Interview and Miting de Avance
via MS Teams
 September 12- 14, 2022 – Campaign Period
 September 12, 2022 – Deadline of Submission of EAF to be
screened and validated
 September 14, 2022 – Creation of Official E-Ballots via Google
Forms
 September 16, 2022 – Election Day from 8:00 AM to 2:00PM
 September 16, 2022 – Official Counting of Votes and
proclamation of Winners (4:00PM)
 September 19 – 23, 2022 – Oath taking
o There will be six students who will serve as part of the COMEA

 The Primary concern on the conduct of Election was raised concerning the
health risks involved particularly the current condition on COVID-19 Pandemic
and the policy on the No Disruption of Classes given the large size of student
population in Pasay City West High School.
 the Youth COMEA Commissioners review the Interim guidelines on the
conduct of SSG Election 2021and find it still applicable and suitable for this
years election

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE THAT THE YOUTH COMEA


 Approves and adapts the agreed Schedule for the SSG Election
 Encourages the Teachers/ Advisers concerned to follow up their class
President and inform them on the schedule and manner of Election
 approves 6 Students as member of the COMEA to ensure the integrity of the
election
 Approves adapts that the election is by electronic means via Google Forms
 Approves and adapts the Election by Representation. Only the Class
Presidents shall cast their vote on behalf of the whole Class

YOUTH COMMISSION ON ELECTION AND APPOINTMENTS

 Directs the Class Presidents to preside a class meeting and unanimously


decide to whom they will vote for as the next SSG Officers.

The Resolution hereby is unanimously approved and for wide dissemination and
implementation. Signed this 7th day of September 2022.
