Good morning, Ms. Wells, as you know, I am going to have to travel to Peru tomorrow in
order to meet with Mr. Smith. Therefore, I require that you coordinate with the
corresponding agencies for my stay.

ASSISTANT 1:

Correct Mr. Brown I will separate your corresponding appointment with the airport
manager and the hotel manager for the facilities.

MR. BROWN:

Thank you very much, Miss Wells, and please call Mr. Smith to give him the final
details before your trip.

ASSISTANT 1:

In a moment I'll make an appointment with Mr. Smith.

Hello? Mr. Smith? Mr. Brown needs to coordinate some arrangements regarding his
meeting tomorrow.

MR. SMITH:

I understand, please connect me to Mr. Smith.

ASSISTANT 1:

One moment please...

MR. SMITH:

Hello? Mr. Brown Good morning. I was told by your assistant about some matters you
wanted to discuss with me. Please, I'm listening.

MR. BROWN:

How are you, Mr. Smith? Yes, I wanted to tell you that tomorrow I am traveling to Peru
for our annual meeting. The Interagency Corporate Agreement is already signed by the
Board of Directors.

MR. SMITH:

That's good, Mr. Brown. Our corporate members here are ready for the corresponding
signature.

But tell me: Are you all set for your stay tomorrow? Have you scheduled with the
appropriate agencies?

MR. BROWN:

Yes, Mr. Smith, my assistant is already making the appropriate arrangements. Well, we'll

Group for tomorrow at 08:00 hours.

AIRPORT MANAGER:

Very well Miss .... We have plans for all kinds of occasions... Is it for a tourist, corporate
or any other kind of trip...?

ASSISTANT 1:

It is for a corporate trip. It is a one-way trip.

AIRPORT MANAGER:

Correct Miss ..... We have a plane reserved for this type of occasion. I need the Ruc of
the company in order to issue the electronic ticket.

ASSISTANT 1:

Correct, the RUC of the company is 20415932376. I will wait for the electronic ticket so
I can send it to Mr. Manager Thank you very much for your kind attention.

ASSISTANT 1:

Hello, Luxury Hotel Manager. We require a management room for our A&J Company
member who will be arriving in your country tomorrow. Is there availability in your hotel?

HOTEL MANAGER:

Good morning, Miss. That's right... We have rooms of all types so that you can stay
without problems. The only thing that is required is the payment in advance and it will be
returned to you at the moment.

ASSISTANT 1:
