Introduction:
Introduction of 4 Management & Organization Seminar/Workshop is an event initiated by our
dearest Professor Sir Wayne Ian Prejoles to let the students under BRDG 4 Management &
Organization to expand their knowledge and skills regarding the on how and what are Meetings,
Incentives, Conference, and Exhibition. In addition, to enhance not just their knowledge but to
expand their socialization skills, since they are being mix with the block.
Narrative Report:
Before the actual event the instructor call for a multiple of meeting to make sure the event will be
a success by following the meeting plan. The event is all about the Professional and Personality
Work Ethics through Personal and Professional Development. Addressing the needed
information of every professional that needed to know. This event is compliance for the 600
hours that need to achieve for the on the job training for every graduating students of Tourism
and Hospitality. The event was established by the student with different committees and
responsibilities, going further to what happened, the preparation was doing well, decorating the
stage was a success. When the event takes place the attendance starting at 6:00 Am in the
morning per block cut off by 7. The first speaker is Mr. Rosebel Bastasa talking about the
important of having the good grooming and posture on how to sit, how to stand, and to carry
your self In front of the guest done by 11:00 Am and by that time lunch preparation. In the
afternoon speaker is Mr. Jori Mart S. Moreno starting at 1:30 pm discussion and done by 4:00
pm. Attendance in the afternoon start at 1 for the events committees and students cut of by 2 pm
attendance strictly observe time in and time out. All is well, the event was a success the hard
work pays off, great experience and job well done. We manage to apply all the learning in the
real events, sure it was nerve wracking but its all worth it.

May 10 2023 – Letter Address to FELIPE A. PIALOGO to use the sound system whole day and
request Mr. Juniel Lozades to lead the operation during the conduct of the activity on May 11,
2023.
May 10 2023 – Latter Address to MARIBETH R. SY to barrow the cloths as a design
paraphernalia.
May 9 2023 – Letter to excuse the students who have a regular classes and this letter addresses to
all instructors
May 10 2023 - distribution of assign works and in the afternoon decorating the stage.
April 26 2023 - collection of 155 pesos.

May 9 2023 – The meeting was called to order by Sir Wayne Ian Prejoles CBA
Instructor/Facilitator of the event to discuss the theme, who are the speaker we well going to get,
their topics, what are the letters to be made, and division for the preparation for the event.

May 10 2023 - before the date of the seminar, we have been called by Sir Wayne Ian Prejoles to
finalize the things that we will going to use and need, including the poster, invitational letter for
speakers, and certificates for the speakers and students.

For the morning speaker is Ms. Rosebel Bastasa and for the Afternoon speaker is Mr. Jori Mart
S. Moreno
After the discussion of their topic we take a photo op and giving the certificate of appreciation

The role and responsibilities of a Chairman in an


event is to provide overall leadership, strategic

Their responsibility is to make necessary letters for
