    Dear Ma’am,
    I am Shella Mae C. Adrales a student in College of Criminal Justice Leyte
    Colleges. I am a third year student enrolled in CDI 5 with a subject code of CR 402. As
    a requirement of our subject instructor, I wrote this letter to ask for acceptance and
    consideration for being late in registering to our subject due to a health condition that I
    have and unable to leave the bed and walk. The doctor has advised that I be on bed
    rest which will help me to recover. It is also to make sure I don’t spread the flu virus to
    others.
    Justification and evidentiary are here to attach that I was sick in few days.
