When COVID-19 strikes, there are more people affected, especially those applying for tourism.
They struggle a lot based on the webinar. Surviving in the midst of a pandemic is extremely
difficult. Many people were affected by the pandemic. Some tourism and hospitality
applicants lost their jobs because some events were canceled and banned. But we are strong
and we can fight this battle. Someday we will see ourselves smiling because we are in a place
that we have dreamed of. "What is meant for you will come to you." This line will motivate
us and lead us to the finish line.

Improving ourselves toward hospitality and tourism professionals will lead us to be

successful professionals someday. If we love our passion, we will always be ready for a
difficult battle. Self-improvement sometimes gets a bad rap, and for good reason.
Working to better ourselves may have a positive influence on our mental well-being as
well as on our relationships with family, friends, and coworkers. As we begin to achieve
our goals, we might feel more fulfilled each time we progress in one aspect of our lives.
And improving ourselves may benefit us in many aspects of life. Knowing we have the
ability to change might help us feel more positive about the future and less fearful of
discomfort.

Embracing Cultural Diversity And Identity

Embracing our cultural identity may make us happier, more connected to ourselves, our
relationships, and our loved ones, and more confident in who we are. For many people,
being connected to their cultural identity is a significant aspect of life happiness, and it
may be a large portion of our overall identity. Knowing and embracing one's cultural
identity isn't a requirement for happiness or contentment, and it doesn't have to be a
vital aspect of happiness or satisfaction, but the key is if it's an intentional choice for you.
Also, this world is filled with individuals who have many views, faiths, customs, and
lifestyles. We may discover beauty in each other's differences. Cultural diversity benefits
everyone in both educational and professional settings. It paves the way for greater
problem-solving, more understanding and compassion, deeper learning, and many
views on the world.

 Issues and Trends in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry

Tourism and hospitality have been called the world's most resilient industries, and
deservedly so. The industry has survived the most severe global economic crises and
emerged stronger. In reality, the tourist and hotel businesses were booming just a few
months ago. But all it needed was a brief period of lockdown to bring the industry
crashing down. In the post-pandemic world, trust will be the most important
competitive advantage. Hotels and other travel organizations must earn client trust by
establishing health and safety policies that comply with requirements. Cleanliness and
hygiene are essential, and guests will expect not just a high level of cleanliness but also
respect for government safety rules. However, simply putting in place health and safety
measures would not be enough.
