    Self-Introduction Speech
    Situation: I am a CEO of my own PCO company who was invited to international seminar as a
    representative of young entrepreneurs in MICE industry.
    Good day, everyone. Thank you for having me here today.
    My name is Qorryna Heraliani and I am turning 30 this year. Thank you for having me here today.
    I have dreaming about to be in this moment since I was only a MICE student. Ten years ago, I was
    so naïve and full of dreams but passionate in creative and organized working style then and now.
    Yet here I am being a CEO of my own PCO company, META Convex and contribute in developing
    Indonesian MICE industry.
    Choosing MICE to study and as a career path was one of the best decisions I ever made. It was
    such a fortune to be able to do what you love for a living. I enjoy working in a group of people
    with similar interest.
    Now I have reached my ten years goals. The fun thing about reaching your goals is you have to
    find new ones, is a lifetime adventure. I would never be in this position without the support from
    my co-partners, Farah and Inggrid, please give them a round of applause.
