Functions of the position

- Director: The person holding the highest position of the company, managing all the affairs of the
company in accordance with the company's charter, policies, objectives and compliance with the
provisions of state laws.

- Business: Research and implement the approach to target market and customers. Develop strategies
for product introduction and market expansion to attract customers' interest. Planning and
implementing business activities as well as calculating and reporting on the cost of products and
services, to have a basis for signing contracts with customers.

- Import-Export documents - Logistic: Take full responsibility for all relevant documents and documents
in the import and export of enterprises specializing in import and export.

- Accounting - Finance: Timely and fully accounting all assets, equity, and liabilities; financial revenue
and expenditure activities and business results according to the Company's internal regulations,
ensuring good service for business activities. Business planning and financial planning of the company.

- Administration: Undertake all work related to administrative processes and procedures; manage and
supervise the work of employees in the company; and provide legal advice to the Board of Directors
when needed.

- Purchasing: Having the function of tracking and synthesizing the demand for purchasing raw materials,
products and other resources at the best price, to ensure production and business activities and daily

- Production: Converting raw materials and other inputs into the final product. At the same time, it is
also responsible for improving the efficiency of the production line in order to achieve the set output

- Quality management: Ensure the quality of output products to meet the requirements and quality
standards as prescribed by the enterprise. Develop and control a system of quality standards for each
type of product; control the means, tools, measuring equipment in service of product quality inspection
and acceptance.

- Warehouse: Responsible for all goods stored in the warehouse, managing the warehouse from import -
storage, preservation - to output to ensure the right quality and required quantity; for publishing and
business purposes; avoid loss due to damage or fraud.

- Maintenance: Repair unexpected damaged equipment quickly to ensure production progress. Keep
