UNITED NATIONS OVERVIEW CLUSTER 4

Important Notes:

- UN Ambassadors Rampa nani nga part [correction]

America (our region cluster 4) will be the first in the parade. The
cultural dance participants will improvise dance steps in the next 64
counts (not seconds). * The cluster will assign a prod team to manage
and organize the flow of the parade of their region * After the beat
drop or when the 64 counts end, the parade of the UN Ambassadors will
follow according to draw lots (which is already given). After that,
the next region/cluster will take over and continue their rampa na
part.

-For the UN Ambassadors

In modeling part and rehearsals, Sir Lhadz will meet the following
contestants.[Batch 1 will meet after the Symposium of Grade 12 on
October 25] [Batch 2 will meet on October 26, after class] And on
October 27, both Batch 1 and Batch 2 UN Ambassadors will meet sir
Lhadz onsite.(Batch 1 will come to school regardless of the schedule).
Regarding the speech or repertoire, it will still stick on the 60/40
criteria based on the attachment sent about the guidelines.Scoring
will be further explained on meet.

For the video about their chosen topic (only one) deadline will be on
October 26, but it is not necessarily pressured to pass on the said
date. Yet it is still encouraged to pass on time to avoid being at
disadvantage.

- For cultural dance competition

Music and choreo is already planned as assigned to the dancers. In

the draw lots earlier, we got the 4 place to perform on stage (last).

- For quiz takers, the coverage of the quiz is listed on the

guidelines attached.

More further important reminders:

The fee for props is already settled uniformly by each cluster

Governor as what has been decided earlier (meaning everyone in each
cluster has the same value of payment). Each person will pay P20.00
to be collected by their class treasurer, and cluster treasurer.
Receipt of transactions will be given after the performance or of use.
For cultural dance practice, we will include nalang a letter to sign
by subject teachers when it is in time na para magpractice during
class hours. This is only applicable to the registered cultural dance
participants.

Clarification: Each student in each class (non-UN ambassador) are

free to decide on what country will they be wearing. It doesn’t have
to be grand if indi kaya. But don’t forget the flag :)

We will also send out frames to use (Facebook) for the upcoming UN.
Everything is assigned and in place naman, so we just wait. ^^

And for the cluster T-Shirt to be used on upcoming events, this will
still be decided and talked out with the cluster advisers. We will
just meet with them but we will also start canvasing, in case.
