SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE

HABITS-RUTINES
sedentary person has the following
routine:
He gets up at 12 o'clock and has a
very unhealthy breakfast.
Take a nap until 5 p.m.
Does not do physical activity at any
time of the day.
Have lunch at 6 pm fast food.
Rest in your room and at 10 pm
dinner and eat excessively.
At 2 in the morning eat snacks, ice
cream, soda, and then sleep at 4 in
FOOD the morning.
The food consumed by a sedentary person is
usually high in calories, fast food, that is,
unhealthy for example:
Hamburgers
Pizza.
Fries
Ice Cream.
Soda.
Snacks.
Fried Chicken.
Cookies.
Cakes.
Cereals with sugar.
This food is high in fat and if a person consumes
this food daily and in large quantities, does not
exercise, causes a sedentary lifestyle and it is
terrible for a person's life.
WHAT DO YOU THINK
ABOUT THIS LIFESTYLE?
The life of a sedentary person is
not good for their physical and
mental health, however it is not
something that cannot be changed
or stopped doing, you just need
support and self-worth to lead a
better life.

RECOMENDATIONS
From my career, which is Law that focuses on the well-
being of society through the application of laws, I
consider that a recommendation could be that people
who have a sedentary lifestyle should focus on trying
to improve their lifestyle, in such a way so that they are
an example for society and have a good coexistence
without the need for them to be typified in any code.

The therapies that I can provide as a psychologist to a


person with a sedentary lifestyle would help with the
psychological disorders that leading a sedentary life
can cause, so this person sees life from another
perspective and would improve mentally and
physically.
