COUNT!
TITLE: TRACE, COLOR, COUNT!

DESCRIPTION

PARTICIPANTS: 60 Members
AGE GROUP: Preschool Students
Preschool students are the most appropriate members or age
group for this activity because at this stage, brain maturation
is important, especially in the part of the right hemisphere that
is the target of this activity and involves tasks such as
recognizing patterns, shapes, and colors. Aside from that,
enhancing motor skills is one of the things that the guardian or
parent needs to prioritize because, as they develop, it will have
an effect on who they're, how they move or how they do some
tasks where small muscles movements are included. To put it
simply, this activity will literally help the kids at this age range
a lot in different aspects of their development.
OBJECTIVES

Enhance fine motor skills of the child.

Strengthen cognitive function of the child.
Improve the counting skills or knowledge of the child.

PROCEDURES

TIME ALLOTMENT: 1 HR & 30 MINS

Member Tasks/ Participant Roles:

1. The students have to first trace the broken lines, so that

they can see the whole image inputted on the worksheet.
2. Second, they'll shade each shape according to its
assigned colors.
3. Third, since the whole image inputted on the worksheet
consisted of five different shapes: triangle, diamond,
rectangle, square, and circle; they all just had to count
each of them to finish the worksheet.
4. Lastly, when they're done with the worksheet, they can
now submit it to the facilitator/teacher and will
receive biscuits.

RHYTHM
TITLE: FEEL THAT RHYTHM!

DESCRIPTION

PARTICIPANTS: 60 participants
AGE GROUP: Highschool Students (12 to 17 years old).

Highschool Students are the chosen participants in this activity

since this is the most suitable age bracket for this activity. Erik
Erikson and his Psychosocial Theory suggested that during the
fifth stage, the adolescence stage is the most crucial part of
one’s psychosocial development since this is the stage
wherein, they are starting to discover who they are and what
they want to do with their lives. Taking their age bracket and
the objectives of the activity into consideration, the chosen
participant will benefit from this activity since this will help in
exploring their identities.

OBJECTIVES

Enhances the students’ intrapersonal intelligence since this

activity revolves in looking at their identities and
experiences.
Socioemotional skills will also be improved since aside from
themselves, they can write anything related to their
relationships with other people.
It can also improve motivation since this activity will inspire
them on what areas they should improve whether it may be
themselves, relationship with others, aspirations, and such.
Enhances word fluency since they have the will to play with
words to describe and express their thoughts and emotions.
Somehow, it can contribute to their musical intelligence
since while listening to the music, they can either be
inspired with the lyrics and even enhance their
familiarisation to the musical elements being played.
Improves emotional Intelligence since in this activity, they
will be able to manage and assess their emotions.
Enhances their creativity since this involves music videos,
they can gather inspiration from the visuals or the lyrics
from the song.
