Health is a combination of a person's physical, spiritual, and social qualities, which is the main factor in

his longevity and a necessary condition for the implementation of creative plans, high work capacity,
family creation, and the birth and upbringing of children.

Physical health gives good well-being, cheerfulness, strength. Mental - gives peace and a great
mood. They can be formed only by acquiring knowledge and constantly working on yourself.

A healthy lifestyle is actions aimed at preventing diseases, strengthening all body systems and
improving the general well-being of a person.

Important importance in the formation of a healthy lifestyle is given to rational nutrition, which
involves saturating the body with the necessary amount of vitamins, trace elements, proteins, fats,
carbohydrates, and water, which should improve health and maintain body weight at an optimal level.
In addition, a necessary condition for a person's well-being and health is the absence of bad habits.

I work as an English teacher and now I have been appointed as a physical education teacher. During
education, primary school children must be concerned about their health. That is why during English
lessons we have mandatory physical education minutes, and also in each class there are lesson topics on
which we learn how to properly take care of our health. We talk about which foods are good to eat and
which are not. That you need to drink a lot of water and not much sweets. That fruits and vegetables are
an extremely important part of our lives. It's easier with physical education lessons. During the lessons,
we learn different sets of exercises, as well as useful things that will help us to be healthy and athletic. If
we have winter, we walk outside, breathe fresh air and play games. Children learn new things with great
joy and want to be strong and healthy, and despite the fact that they are still relatively small, they
already know very well that health is very important and that it should be taken care of from a young
age.

Remember that lifestyle has the greatest impact on health, and a healthy lifestyle, in turn, lays the
foundation for good health, strengthens the body's defenses and reveals its potential.
