1 kg of grinded meat mixed one ( porc and cow )
2 big onions
1 big carrot
Cabbage juice -1 litre
1 cup of rice
2 eggs
Tomato paste
Grean lovage (levisticum officinale )
Salt, peper , dry thyme
Preparation – you put 5 liters of water to boil and add in it vegetables cut in small cubes and the rice.
After they boiled, you add cabbage juice and tomato paste. The meat is seasoning with salt , pepper and dry thyme is mixed with the eggs and
in hand you create small meat balls and put them in the boiling water with vegetables and rice.
When all meat balls are surfacing it means that ciorba is done and then you add levisticum officinale chopped and salt according your taste.
húsgombóchoz:
• 500 g darált sertéshús (marha vagy keverve)
• 50 g rizs (körülbelül 2 evőkanál)
• 1 kis fej vöröshagyma apróra vágott
• 1 evőkanál olaj
• só, frissen őrölt bors
• 1 teáskanál paprika (paprika)
• 1 teáskanál szárított kakukkfű, darált
• 1 nyers tojásfehérje
