“The influence of a good teacher can never be erased”

- We are all aware of the importance of teachers in our lives. They cannot be forgotten because the first
thoughts and words they taught are the stepping stones of life. It is not necessary for a teacher to be only one
in our school or college; a teacher can also be our mother, who taught us the fundamentals of life that are
required to live as a human being. Mother is the first, teacher, and mentor in everyone’s lives. But there will
be one person who you irritated and made life difficult for, but you learned a lot from being their student.

Write your individual thoughts about your favorite quote. Incorporate it in 7MT2 Let’s Apply

1. “The teachers change the world, one child at a time”

- Yes, because it is the teacher who will educate the child. Assist them in developing as individuals. When
children achieve their life goals, they will be the ones who make things happen, changing the lives of the
community and the entire world.

2. “Teachers. I believe are the most responsible and most important members of society Because their
professional efforts affect the fate of the earth.”

- Standing at the front of the classroom is one of the most important role models in a young person’s life.
Teachers are role models to look up to. Almost everyone has a teacher (or, in many cases, a number of
teachers) who they admired and who set a good example for them.

3. Every child deserves a champion, an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of
connection and insists they become the best they can possibly be
Rita Person

- Yes, only teachers can understand them, realize their dreams, and make them better people.

4. “The influence of a good teacher can never be erased”

- We all know how influential teachers are in our lives. Life can not forget them because the first thoughts, the
words they teach is the way of life. The teacher doesn’t have to be the person at our school or university, a
teacher can be our mother who taught us the basics of life necessary to live as a human being. Mother is the
first person, the teacher, the guide people in their own life. But there will be someone you are very bored
with, who went through a tough time but you learned a lot as his student.
5. Im a teacher
I am not in it for the income am in it for the outcome.
I am a teacher
It’s who I am
It’s my passion, my calling, and my world”

- Indeed, the teacher does not only teach students for monetary gain. They teach with passion, with
seriousness, with sincerity, and with the desire to educate their students with proper learning.

1. Based on this Chapter on The Teacher as A Community Leader how do these biblical passages apply to the
professional teacher? Write a composition on an 8.5” x 11” bond paper Your thoughts of the biblical
quotation in relation to Chapter 7 Use Times New Roman-12

The Bible says: “You are the salt of the earth But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no
longer good for anything; except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town
built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its
stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house in me same way. Let your light shine before others that they may
see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven. (Matthew 5:13-16)

This verse speaks of righteous zeal for the things of God. When we begin to lose this desire to live
righteously and bear witness to the Lord, we lose our ability to be fruitful and boldly shine a light on the
unsaved. I have a goal in life. I’m not looking for my life’s purpose. I already have a life purpose. Wherever I
go, I am to season others and be a light to those around me. By what I say and do, I can make a difference in
the lives of those I meet.God has given me a committed message. God has given me this Salt and Light, and
it is within me. It is a priceless life message to those around me. They will continue to walk in the dark as a
result of my silence. I am not to impose my Salt and Light on others, but rather to allow others to see that
Salt and Light. They should be drawn to it rather than terrified by it. It conveys a message of hope.
In this encouraging but challenging text, Jesus addresses his followers. Jesus is the "light of all humanity
that shines in the darkness." He represents the truth. Jesus came to reveal the true nature of His heavenly
Father and to demonstrate what God is truly like. The world has been in darkness since the fall of man in the
Garden of Eden. Since then, Satan has reigned supreme, and the ways of the world have changed. Have
swayed the hearts and minds Of humanity. Jesus commands us not to hide our light, but to let it be seen.
The church is a refuge from the coming wrath of God, but the world must see it as a beacon of hope, and it
must not be left hidden. People with eyes to see are attracted.
From the beginning of church times, Christians have been persecuted for the purpose of wiping out faith in
Christ. But the more it is oppressed, the more the church draws the elect to God. Even where the church is
underground, a powerful light emanates from it that draws people to God. This hilltop city cannot and
should not be hidden. Let your light shine in front of people.
7LR-Reflection Paper (Individual)

Let’s Reflect Prepare a reflection paper based on the situation below questions (1a & b) that follow.

Your RP must have an intro-focus on the teacher and the community and what you know about it. It must also include
the main idea: If given the opportunity, would you welcome teaching in the far-flung schools? Why or why not? (Re-
state the questions to come up with the M)

The Body must include what you will do to prepare for your answer in the M Conclusion – What you expect to conto
be in the far-flung school/central school (or school in the poblacion)

a. If given the opportunity, would you welcome teaching in the far-flung schools? Why or why not?

If given the chance, I would welcome the opportunity to teach in remote schools because teaching is the
noblest profession that requires great passion and willingness to take risks just to eradicate illiteracy as a
facilitator of learning. The life of a teacher is not easy, especially for those who are assigned in remote areas,
because teachers must endure a variety of uncomfortable modes of transportation, hiking and trekking
through various terrains, the loneliness of being separated from family, culture shock, and the struggle of
bringing their food supplies just to get to their assigned school.Despite this difficult journey, I will never be
discouraged from pursuing my chosen vocation, which is to spread the gift of education wherever and
whenever the opportunity arises. I will never waste this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to finally fulfill my
childhood dream of becoming a teacher because I was influenced by my former teachers who were present in
our community where they serve as living catalysts to uphold values, integrity, and rights of every
individual. That is why I aspire to be like them in the future, instilling in children the value of a good education,
good values, and the possibility of transforming an individual into a productive member of the community.
After all, it’s not about how far the school is from you, but about your vocation and passion for teaching
children.

b. If you say yes to the call to teach in a far-flung school, what should you be doing more in your pre-service
education?

Since I said yes to the call to teach in a remote school, the best thing I should do during my initial training is to
take it seriously as an observer, which is stepping stone for me to become a competent professional day by
day. Must make every effort to carry out my initial training so that I am aware of teaching areas such as
planning and preparation, classroom environment, instruction and professional responsibilities as a teacher,I
would like to take advantage of the benefits, opportunities, and responsibilities that this student-teacher
training program offers. I am building my leadership skills so that I can renew and re-energize my teaching
through reflective practice.Recognize my valuable knowledge and expertise and prepare to become a teacher.
I shared my practice with a student who is Know that your clerkship is a time of guidance and supervision.
Therefore, we always listen to and take into account the suggestions, advice and encouragement of our
teachers. The additional educational work given to me by my assigned teacher allows me to assume greater
responsibility in classroom management and teaching as my teaching experience progresses. I know it will
have a big impact on I use it as an encouragement to boost my morale and self-esteem and to become a
teacher.Monitor student-teacher relationships throughout the lesson. Strategies and techniques teachers use
in delivering lessons, from the research stage to assignment assignments, how to encourage inattentive
students, how to encourage students to study and focus their attention in class, and more. There are many
reasons and methods associated with teaching, and I know the answers can be answered along the lines of
this pre-service process. During this training period, I not only gain experience in teaching and dealing with
students, but also need to know the general management system and teaching policy of the school. This
sharpens my overall educational development personality and will one day make me a strong and
independent teacher who is willing to take risks. Opportunities to educate and e-mail young minds, even
those who teach in faraway schools, for their love and passion for their chosen profession in life, as catalysts
for change that will eradicate poverty and illiteracy. Don’t hesitate to grab it.

3 , 5 , 10 , 15 2+2+2+1 = 7 - Situational

I would describe my leadership style as democratic leader, because democratic leaders enjoy delegating tasks and
taking the lead on projects, but they also like to stay involved and inspire their teams by demonstrating that they,
too, are working hands-on to help them.I am responsible and understanding. I respect Their suggestions and opinions
and want them to Work together as a team to ensure fairness. That’s why we are called leaders! We need to be
responsible and focused on our goals. Don’t tell me it’s okay because have the answer, sorry. Always do your best and
remember to do it. Democratic leadership is one of the most effective styles of leadership because it allows lower-
level employees to exercise authority that they will need to use wisely in future positions. It is also similar to how
decisions are made in corporate board meetings.

I believe that good leaders have the desire and willpower to lead effectively. Self-study, education,
training, and experience are all part of the process of developing good leaders. One of a leader’s
main goals, in my opinion, should be to inspire their employees to higher levels of teamwork,
which can be attained through continuous work and study. A good leader should be constantly
working and studying to improve their leadership abilities. Leadership is defined as the process by
which a person influences others to achieve a goal and directs the organization in such a way that
it becomes more cohesive and coherent. One of the most important characteristics of a good
leader is self-assurance. Self-confidence is the belief in oneself and one’s own abilities and powers.
People’s attitudes allow them to have positive perspectives and believe in their own abilities. Self-
assurance is an extremely valuable quality to possess. The ability to make decisions with
confidence is central to leadership. If they are afraid to make and commit to decisions, all of their
communication and authority will be useless. Self-confidence is defined as the attitude of not
being afraid to make decisions based on one’s ideas. A leader’s communication skills enable him
or her to carefully convey his or her ideas or thoughts.

My greatest strength, I believe, is that I make timely decisions. I never procrastinate, and I always
plan ahead to give myself enough time to complete tasks and make a decision. In all of my class
teams, I try to lead by example and serve as a good role model. I believe that if one person slacks,
everyone else in the group will follow suit, which is never the direction you want an effective
group to take. When working in a group, I also make certain that everyone is up to date.

The Importance of the School Head to the Realization of the School’s Vision, Mission and Goals: It’s Implications to
Me as a Future Educator.
- Me As a future teacher, I aspire to be one of those teachers who can help students make a positive difference
in their lives and achieve unexpected goals. I envision teachers who use technology to help students reach
their full hope that teachers will advance learning to support their students, allowing students like me to
become confident, creative, motivated, and technology ready. I hope that teachers will advance learning to
support their students, allowing students like me to become confident, creative, motivated, and technology
ready. raise students with the thinking and learning skills that they require in order to continue to learn well
after they Have left my classroom. To create visible and real change in the lives of all students in my
classroom, be it cognitive, social, or personal.

Help my students identify the passions that they will pursue in their final years of schooling and beyond and
encourage critical thinking that enables students to become powerful and thoughtful leaders for their school
and community. As a future educator you will prepare students for their next steps beyond high school,
including in the workforce, their communities and their personal relationships and develop resilient social
actors who have the self-belief and skillset required to overcome challenges in life. Students should be given
the opportunity to learn efficiently from educators who are dedicated to their profession and knowledgeable
about it. Incorporating programs that reflect one’s mission will ensure that learning flourishes.

As a future teacher , I believe that every teacher must establish their own mission and vision before beginning
to teach because this demonstrates how they will teach the students. In fact, it is critical for each school to
have its own mission and vision statement.
