Dear Madam,

The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the College of Business and Management
would like to ask permission to allow us to conduct our annual Entrep Festival with the theme :
“Manifesting Economic Recovery, Through Entrepreneurship, Science and Technology” and for
the date, we plan to implement our event by May 12 and 13, 2022.

Our objectives include enhancing the competencies of our students since this event will
include a seminar on product packaging and labelling, extension consultation with our adopted
MSME’s and product endorsement competitions. With this event, may we ask your benevolent
office to use the 2nd floor, food laboratory for our event.

We will take the responsibility and necessary precautions in the conduct of our activity inside
our campus such as health protocols and security. We will highly appreciate your favorable
response.
