packaging and/or come in packaging that can be recycled. By managing

of situation. When encountering different unexpected problems, one
should be able to react quickly and make responsible decisions. In a
business, situations like the emergence of a rival business, market
fluctuations, and other global problems, are things that entrepreneurs
should expect. Each business should always have a Plan B in case the
business fails or the business is not doing well. Entrepreneurs should
always be ready in facing unforeseen events.

Position: Chief Executive Officer
Job description: Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) are in charge of major
corporate decisions. They function as the public face of the company and are
ultimately accountable for both its accomplishments and failures. A company's
chief executive officer is in charge and is supported by other executives.

Position: Chief Marketing Officer


Job Description: A chief marketing officer is in charge of supervising the
formulation, creation, and implementation of a company's marketing and
advertising activities. They have important roles to play that vary from
corporate strategy to creative influence, and they play a crucial role in the
development of a company. The Chief Marketing Officer typically reports directly
to the CEO and is in charge of successfully marketing the entire company to
increase sales and produce money.

YumKoy will provide


I. Holidays: Eleven (11) paid Holidays, Regular Holidays, nine
(9) National Special Holidays, and one (1) Local Special
Holiday per year as provided under Proclamation No. 1236, s.
2021
II. Vacation: Thirteen (13) vacation days, with additional one (1)
vacation day every year. Maximum total vacation day
is 18 days.
III. Leaves:
 Sick Leave: Twelve (12) days per year for the first two years of
service. Maximum total sick leave is 15 days. All unused leaves
are convertible to cash in December each year
 Bereavement: Three (3) days in the event of death of an immediate
family member which includes the employees’ children, parents,
grandparents, siblings, spouse, and parent-in-laws
