Our dearest parents and guardians,

Greetings of love and peace!

As part of our response in your answers in the Parent Survey for Academic Year 2020-2021
with regards to assistance in learning device acquisition, we partnered with Power Mac Center
(Apple) for the special pricing of Apple products for your child’s learning devices (or for your own
personal use). To avail, please present your child’s current SVMA ID (AY 2020-2021) and fill in a
reservation form at the Power Mac Center in SM City, Palawan. Please see attachments for the
prices. For the iPhone, we had also requested the same – we are in communication with their
Manila office for the said discounts.

For enrolled students, please send us a clear copy of your child’s picture through our Viber
number 09177754419 or email – svmapalawan@gmail.com taking note of the following reminders:

1.) A picture taken from your phone is accepted,

2.) white background,
3.) wear SVMA green shirt,
4.) in the message you send us, please include the following data:
a. child’s name (in the order: last, first, middle, suffix)
b. level for AY 2020-2021
5.) We shall be processing your child’s SVMA ID in 3-5 days upon receipt of the picture and
shall be ready for pick-up a day after.

On another note, the start of classes will be on these dates:

Learning Platform Start of Classes
Pure Online Distance Learning August 3, 2020
Modular August 3, 2020
Homeschooling August 3, 2020
Hybrid (with face-to-face in SVMA) August 24, 2020 – On hold until further
announcement.

We shall be forwarding several bulletins in the coming days for specific schedules, processes
and instructions for the learning platforms you had chosen as specified in Bulletin No. 1, S. 2020
released last May 19, 2020.

In view of the aforementioned; for online enrollment, you may utilize our website,
svma.com.ph while for online settlement of payment, Global Payments will be sending a secure e-
mail which accepts local credit / debit cards (Mastercard/Visa/ JCB) or you may use PayMaya send
money.

May we request to inform us if you had changed any of your contact information (i.e. Viber,
e-mail, network number, etc.) so we may be able to send you updates and other information
