Performance Task – A. Online Dance Training Program (ODTP)

You are a municipal/city health worker with a background in dance and given a tasked by your
mayor to come up with a plan for a 2 months online training program for dance in your locality.
The training is in preparation for the First Regional Training and Dance Competition. The
following are your specifics of the training program:
a. Identify Dance Genre and entry
b. Set Audition and Screening process with rubric that include physical and physiological
indicators of participants.
c. Prepare list of safety protocols
d. Enumerate and demonstrate MVPA’s (Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity) that can
be performed for a 1 hour practice.
e. Instructional Material for demonstration of specify dance skills needed in the program
f. Attach full dance routine.
