Mechanics:

1. The participants must be a bonafide student of Alitagtag College, Inc.


2. There will be one representative from each year level for the Junior High School, one
representative from each year level and strand for the Senior High School, and one
representative from each year level from Education, and IT Departments for the
college for each category.
3. The participants will be asked to have at least 3 minute video presentation while
working and showing the final output.
4. The recorded video will be submitted to the chairman of the competition on or before
November 05, 2021. It will be submitted to these email accounts
(villavicenciorexieann@gmail.com & maryleineleyba04@gmail.com) with this
format FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL, LAST NAME (YEAR & SECTION /
YEAR and STRAND / YEAR AND COURSE) #COMPETITION TITLE.
5. There will be four winners in the Junior High School Department and three winners
for both Senior High School and College Department for each category. They will all
receive medals and certificates.
6. In case of a tie, the judges themselves will decide to break the tie.
7. The decision of the judges is final.

GUIDELINES FOR DISH GARDENING CATEGORY

a. All submitted entries must be originally designed by the participant;


b. The container/pot depends on the participant’s choice (shape, size, color)
c. Participants may use any material that is only available and can be found in their house
such as pebbles, gravel, decorative objects (shell, figurines, etc.), moss or sand, and any
kind of plants. (Recycled materials are encouraged)
d. The recorded video must include the following:
(1) The raw materials and tools to be used.
(2) The procedure on how the plants are planted.
(3) The decorations to be plotted.
(4) The medium of instruction must be in English.
e. Take a picture of the final product.
f. The participant must wear at least a proper attire.
g. All materials will be provided by the participant.

GUIDELINES FOR TIE-DYE CATEGORY


a. All submitted entries must be originally designed by the participant;
b. The base of the T-shirt must be plain black or white.
c. The color of the dye depends on the participant’s choice: any color and how many color
they can use.
d. The recorded video must include the following:
(1) The raw materials and tools to be used.
(2) The procedure or techniques to be used by the participant.
(3) The process of tie-dying
e. Take a picture of the final product.
f. The participant must wear at least a proper attire.
g. All materials will be provided by the participant.

GUIDELINES FOR FOOD PLATING AND PRESENTATION

a. All submitted entries must be originally designed by the participant;


b. The dish to be use depends on the participant’s choice but it must be for the main course
(chicken, meat, seafood, etc.) that is available at your house.
c. The plate must be color white, in any shape;
d. Use edible garnishes, sauce and decorations;
e. The recorded video must include the following:
(1) The raw materials, equipment, and tools to be used.
(2) The cooking procedure of the dish.
(3) The process of plating and decorating the dish.
(4) The proper way of serving the dish to the table.
f. Take a picture of the final product;
g. The participant must wear at least a proper attire.
h. All materials will be provided by the participant.
