POSTER MAKING

Guidelines
1. The competition is open to all Male teaching and non-teaching personnel in SDO Sto. Tomas
City.
2. Only one (1) contestant per section/unit/school is allowed.
3. The theme for this year’s contest will be given on the spot which may or may not be related to
the general theme.
4. The contestant shall provide his/her own materials for the contest (1/4 illustration board,
crayons or paster and/or markers, ONLY)
5. The contest will be on-site (SDO Conference Room) and online for the school-based personnel.
The contestants shall be given three (3) hours to finish their posters and shall not exceed the
time frame.

7. There shall be three (3) winners in this contest: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placers.
8. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

a. Relevance to the Theme 30%

b. Creativity 35%
c. Medium Expertise 10%
(synchronization, balance and
Proportion, choice of color)
d. Originality 10%
e. Visual Impact 15%
