THERAPY OFFICE - DAY 9

A clock on the wall is ticking. Serena is sitting across

from a THERAPIST but she's looking away -- not engaged
whatsoever.

THERAPIST
Serena?

SERENA
(caught off guard)
What?

CLOSE ON THERAPIST

THERAPIST
Would you like to start?

We PAN back to the other side of the room -- now Renae is

sitting in the chair.

RENAE
I'm honestly doing really well. The
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
school year has just started but I
can already tell it's gonna be a good
year.

CUT TO:

9A: EXT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, BACK PATIO - NIGHT

Renae is sitting down by the fire. She downs a drink -- her

way of coping.

THERAPY OFFICE - CONT.

Renae smiles. The Therapist jots down some notes.

CUT TO:

9B: EXT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, DRIVEWAY - NIGHT

Amber collapses out front -- she's having a breakdown. It's

been hard for her, dealing with Corey's death and her own
almost near-death experience.

CUT TO:
9. THERAPY OFFICE - CONT.

Amber sheds a slight tear, but wipes it quickly.

THERAPIST
Amber it's okay to show emotion.

AMBER
It's all I ever do though. For once,
I want to be strong, I want to be the
one who's fighting for the other
girls.

THERAPIST
You cannot beat yourself up, it'll
come with time.

Amber nods.

CLOSE ON THERAPIST.

THERAPIST(CONT'D)
What do you think is holding you back

We PAN back over, this time Ellie is in the chair.

9C: INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, BATHROOM - NIGHT

Ellie is in the shower, but just standing there -- letting

the water hit her face. She's mentally checked out for a
moment.

9. THERAPY OFFICE - CONT.

ELLIE
Honestly, being with the other girls.
Being in the house. I'm in a
different room and the house is
slightly renovated, but nothing could
remove the memories of that night.

THERAPIST
Before you mentioned that you thought
being back at the house after such a

long break would help you. That it
would allow you all to cope together,
but it sounds like that's not the
case any longer?

ELLIE
There are certain people that ruin
it... make it unbearable.

THERAPIST
Who?

Ellie laughs to herself.

ELLIE
People who think they know all the
answers.

THERAPIST
I'm assuming this is a sister?

ELLIE
She's not my sister.
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
(beat)
We don't have to get into all of that
though.

CLOSE ON THERAPIST

THERAPIST
So moving forward, what do you think
can be done to help make you more
comfortable?

We CUT back to Serena in the chair again.

SERENA
Knowing the truth.

10 EXT. GRAVEYARD - MID DAY 10

We see a WIDE SHOT of the graveyard. It's creepily lit --

very eerie.

SERENA (V.O.)
...Putting it all to an end.

We see Serena approach a HEADSTONE with FLOWERS. She reaches

the headstone and then sits down, placing the flowers on
top.
 She sits there for a moment, we do not see who the grave
belongs to.

A flash of light erupts in the distance. Serena spins around

toward the direction of it.

SERENA
Hello? Whose there?

There's no answer. Serena gets up and looks around for a

moment but then decides its better to get out of there.

CUT TO:

14 EXT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, DRIVEWAY - NIGHT 14

Renae makes her way over to Amber. She's clearly drunk, but
powering through it to help her friend.

Renae reaches down to Amber who is sobbing.

RENAE
Hey babe, come here.
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Renae grabs Amber and pulls her up.

AMBER
I'm sorry.

RENAE
Shh... it's okay.

Terra and Rick come out onto the front steps -- for the
show.

TERRA
(laughing to herself)
Drunky and Sobby. That could be a
reality TV hit.

RICK
I thought she was doing better?

TERRA
The anniversary is tomorrow.

RICK
That's right.
 TERRA
I don't know why any of them came
back to school... They all need
fucking help.

Rick is disappointed. Renae helps Amber to the door, she has

some trouble, due to her being drunk, but manages to make
it.

RICK
(grabbing at them)
Let me help.

RENAE
Seriously, I got it.

Renae proves herself. Terra continues to laugh.

REVEAL: Serena -- standing at the end of the driveway, it's

a creepy moment.

She walks on down the driveway towards the others.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
TERRA
Why are you creeping out in the dark?
You know your complexion makes it a
little more difficult to see you...

SERENA
Racist comment number two thirty
four.
(beat)
Oh yes, I keep count.

RENAE
Serena, before you say anything, I
got it.

Renae walks into the house with Amber. Rick waits a second
and then follows behind.

RICK
I'll make sure they're okay.

TERRA
Ms. Sutter is gonna lose her shit.

SERENA
Who let her drink again?
 TERRA
The one with the penis between his
legs.

SERENA
Oh, so you or Rick?

TERRA
Fuck you.

SERENA
I gave you one simple task, make sure
Renae didn't drink, you couldn't even
do that.

TERRA
I'm not her keeper Serena.

SERENA
Terra you're the vice president of
the sorority, you're supposed to keep
after the girls just as much as I do.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
TERRA
You're one to talk. You're off in the
night going God knows where. You're
barely making it to your classes,
when you are here you're in your
room. So don't tell me I'm slacking
on my duties.

Serena wants to release her wrath on Terra but-

TERRA(CONT'D)
I understand what you four went
through is traumatic. Shit, I wasn't
even here but just the simple fact
that three people died here makes me
uneasy, so I can only imagine how you
feel. But drinking yourself into a
coma, crying every night and needing
assistance to get into the house,
being stuck up the ass of a possible
co-conspirator and just completely
ignoring your responsibilities... is
not the way for you all to overcome
this.
 Terra, feeling all holier than thou, turns to go into the
house. She stops and turns back to say one last thing...

TERRA(CONT'D)
Oh, and don't be late to the meeting.

She turns back around and goes on into the house.

Serena stands there, taking it all in. We see her clench her
fists, but then breathe through it. She walks towards the
house.

15 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, BEDROOM - NIGHT 15

Serena walks in and closes the door. We FOLLOW behind her as

she makes her way into her bathroom

IN THE BATHROOM

She looks into the mirror long and hard. She’s hurting.

She puts her hands into her face and sighs. When she removes
her hands and opens her eyes... BOOM -- someone is standing
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
behind her.

REVEAL: MS. SUTTER, the sorority house mother, standing

behind her.

SERENA
Jesus!

MS. SUTTER
Oh my God. I am so sorry. I saw you
were having a moment, I didn't want
to interrupt you.

SERENA
So you thought giving me a heart
attack would be better?

MS. SUTTER
I'm sorry.

SERENA
It's okay.

MS. SUTTER
Will you be joining us for the
meeting?
 SERENA
You said all seniors in your text, so
yeah...

MS. SUTTER
I just wanted to be sure.

Serena stands there, no response to give. Ms. Sutter stands

there too, wanting to say more but hesitating... finally she
blurts it out.

MS. SUTTER(CONT'D)
Look... I know this whole thing has
been tough for you girls and I want
to make sure we do everything we can
to make you comfortable.
(beat)
I wanted to talk to you about
possibly handing over your president
duties to Terra.

SERENA
Are you serious?
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
MS. SUTTER
Just for a couple of months. I am not
taking the title away from you, just
letting Terra borrow it for a little
while.

SERENA
Do you really think that is
necessary?

MS. SUTTER
Yes, yes I do. You need time to heal.
you need to focus on your therapy.

SERENA
Oh so you think taking away from me,
the only thing that matters to me, is
going to do the trick?

MS. SUTTER
Serena it's been a year, I just
worry. The way you've been kind of
skipping out, it's just-
 SERENA
I saved everyones lives and instead
of being thanked or treated like a
hero, I get treated like I'm a
psychopath.
(beat)
It's fine, give her the title, give
her the damn position permanently, I
don't give a flying fu-

MS. SUTTER
-Serena!?

Serena rushes past her, into her bedroom. Ms. Sutter follows
after her.

IN HER ROOM

SERENA
It’s fine Ms. Sutter, really. I could
care less.

MS. SUTTER
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Clearly you care, which I appreciate.
I just am trying to do what’s best
for you.

Serena takes a second to gather herself.

SERENA
Look, I’m sorry for blowing up.
Honestly it’s whatever, I’m not gonna
fight you on it. In fact I’m gonna
formally resign.

MS. SUTTER
You don’t have to do that.

SERENA
I want to.

MS. SUTTER
Are you sure?

SERENA
Yes. Just give me time to move out of
this room.
 MS. SUTTER
Of course, take as long as you need.
I’m gonna go get myself ready for the
meeting, but are you absolutely sure
about this?

SERENA
I am one hundred percent sure.

MS. SUTTER
Okay. I’ll see you in twenty?

Serena nods her head. Ms. Sutter exits the room.

Serena grabs the first thing close by and throws it at the

wall, shattering it.

FADE INTO:

16 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, LIVING ROOM - NIGHT 16

Ms. Sutter has the girls all gathered around the living
room. All of the seniors of Beta Phi are in attendance, with
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
the exception of Renae -- she's walking Rick out the front
door.

RENAE
I'll talk to you later, okay?

RICK
Call me before you go to bed.

RENAE
I will, I will. Don't forget about
tomorrow.

RICK
I won't.

They kiss. Rick leaves the house and Renae shuts the door
behind him.

She turns to face the living room and realizes everyone in

the meeting is watching her.

RENAE
Enjoy the show?

MS. SUTTER
Come on, come on. Sit down.
Renae sits down on the closest seat. She stumbles slightly
but manages to catch herself.

MS. SUTTER(CONT'D)
Okay... Thank you all for meeting
with me on such short notice. I have
a couple things I wanted to touch on
before the weekend. We all know the
house is off limits during the break
and myself as well as the school
appreciates everyone taking it so
well. The school wanted me to make
sure and stress that absolutely no
one can be in any of the sorority or
fraternity houses during the break,
anyone who breaks this rule will
suffer severe consequences.

SORORITY GIRL #1
What are they gonna do, kill us?

Some of the girls laugh. Serena shoots the girl a look.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Too soon?
SORORITY GIRL #1(CONT'D)

MS. SUTTER
That's enough. The dean will decide
the punishment, but if I were you, I
wouldn't push it. Security will be on
campus all weekend, ensuring the
rules will be followed.

RENAE
Yeah, they said that last year too.

MS. SUTTER
I've been assured that they will be.
(beat)
Now before I make an announcement I
wanted to say one last thing... I
know that this is only the start of
my second year as house mother, but
you all have treated me like one of
the family and I truly appreciate it.
It's gonna be hard to say goodbye to
you at the end of this year.

She gets emotional. The girls all awe.

 MS. SUTTER(CONT'D)
I promised myself I wasn't gonna
cry...
(she laughs)
I am so proud of all of you.

TERRA
May I?

Ms. Sutter nods her head, Terra, without a beat, jumps up

and takes the floor.

TERRA(CONT'D)
We all wanted to say how thankful we
are to you and all you've done for
us. We still have the rest of the
school year to thank you, but we
wanted to start the year off right
with a gift.

Terra pulls out a small box and hands it to Ms. Sutter. She
opens the box and pulls out a small necklace.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
MS. SUTTER
Oh my gosh, it's so beautiful.

TERRA
We love you Ms. Sutter.

Ms. Sutter hugs Terra.

MS. SUTTER
You all never cease to amaze me.

TERRA
Now with that announcement...

MS. SUTTER
Yes. We have a slight change this
year. Obviously with what happened
last year, we want to do the best we
can to make sure that everyone is
comfortable... with that being said
Serena has decided to resign as the
Beta Phi president and Terra will be
taking over the position.
 TERRA
Serena, you have been a great
president over the last two years...

Serena rolls her eyes, she sees right through Terra's

fakeness.

TERRA(CONT'D)
We're all so proud of you girls
coming back and remaining apart of
the family. Please do not hesitate to
let me know if there's anything we
can do to make things better for you
here.

MS. SUTTER
Enjoy the last night here before the
break ladies.

The girls all get up and start to leave the room. Ms. Sutter
stops Serena.

MS. SUTTER(CONT'D)
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Are you okay?

SERENA
I'll be fine. It's what is best for
Beta Phi.

The moment lingers for a moment.

IN THE HALL

The girls are walking up the stairs.

RENAE
(to Terra)
What are you doing tomorrow night?

TERRA
Probably just going to stay with one
my friends in the dorms, why?

RENAE
Don't tell anyone, but we're having a
little get together here.

TERRA
Seriously?
 RENAE
Yes. You need to come.

TERRA
Get me axed as president before I
even start?

RENAE
C'mon you know damn well security
will not be an issue.

TERRA
Alright, alright. Just please tell me
the cry baby isn't coming?

RENAE
What did I say to you? Stop saying
that shit.

Ellie walks past them.

RENAE(CONT'D)
Ellie, what are you doing tomorrow

ELLIE
Restoring my sanity.

Alex steps into the doorway and pulls Ellie in.

TERRA
First thing I'm gonna do when I
officially become president is create
an Alex ban. She gives me the creeps.

Terra walks off towards the rooms. Renae stands there for a
second, eventually walking off too.

FADE INTO:

18 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, KITCHEN - NIGHT 18

The kitchen is dark. Serena walks in and heads for the

fridge. She grabs a bottle of water and begins to chug it.
As she closes the door to the fridge Alex is standing there
behind it, which startles Serena.

ALEX
Sorry.
 SERENA
What are you doing?

ALEX
Just getting something to eat for
Ellie and I.

SERENA
You know Ms. Sutter doesn't like
'partners' staying the night.

ALEX
Partners? How PC of you... I hope you
give the other girls the same lecture
when they have their boyfriends stay?

SERENA
You know I'm onto you right?

ALEX
Excuse me?

SERENA
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Just don't get comfortable, I know
what you did and I'm gonna prove it.

Alex steps closer towards Serena, trying to intimidate her.

ALEX
If you still think I had something to
do with the murders wouldn't it be a
bad idea to mess with me?

SERENA
If you did have something to do with
the murders, wouldn't it be a bad
idea to mess with me? We both know
what happened to Terrance.

Serena isn't afraid.

ALEX
You did what you had to do.

SERENA
And I'd do it over again, anything to
protect my sisters.

ALEX
They're all so lucky to have you.
 SERENA
I know.

ALEX
I'll be getting our food now.

SERENA
You do that.

Serena walks out. Alex stares at her as she leaves -- she's

fuming.

22 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, KITCHEN - CONTINUOUS 22

Ellie walks into the kitchen and meets Renae & Amber, who
have just come down from upstairs.

RENAE
Walk of shame?

ELLIE
That would mean I would have had to
do something last night, which I did
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
not.

RENAE
Still haven't given it up?

ELLIE
I just can't seem to get it together,
every time we try I just can't stop
thinking about -- well you know.
(beat)
How are you doing Amber? I heard last
night was a rough one.

AMBER
I'll be okay. One day at a time,
right?

ELLIE
Of course.

RENAE
All I know is I am hungover like a
bitch.

ELLIE
I guess we're all a mess.

Serena walks in on their conversation.

 SERENA
Speak for yourself.

ELLIE
I'm gonna go finish packing.

Ellie leaves the room. There is tension between her and

Serena.

RENAE
She still hates you.

SERENA
I don't get it, all I am trying to do
is protect her.

RENAE
Well you kind of told the whole house
that you thought her girlfriend was
in on the murder plot, I think Ellie
has a right to be offended.

AMBER
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
You don't know how it feels to have
the one you love accused of something
like that. After it happened last
year, the news couldn't stop talking
about Corey, like he was in on it
too. So I get where her anger comes
from.

SERENA
Okay, but Corey didn't do anything.
Alex did.

RENAE
And you know this how?

SERENA
Short version -- there's no record of
an Alex Hawkins at Hunnington
University or the town of Hunnington
for that matter. Terrance Ivanov had
a sister and a brother, the brother
is apparently dead but the sister
vanished years ago, her last known
location was Milltowne, Virginia...
which is only a town away.
 RENAE
All circumstantial though.

SERENA
She was here the night of the
murders, Terrance was speaking to
someone inside of the house. Ellie
brought her in from the basement door
which is where Terrance came in. She
was "hiding in the closest the whole
time," how do you not see it?

AMBER
If you're that sure, why haven't you
taken this information to the police?

SERENA
They cleared everyone that was
present that night, besides they get
to blame everything on Terrance so
they don't have to continue to
investigate. So if they won't, I
will.
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
RENAE
Okay Nancy Drew. I understand it all
looks suspect, but isn't it at all
possible that you're just looking way
too deep into this and that maybe
Terrance did act alone?

SERENA
How do you explain the texts then?

RENAE
I don't know. I just think you should
not have pointed the finger at Alex
until you had concrete evidence.

SERENA
I never meant to hurt Ellie. I just
know Alex did this and I'm gonna
prove it.

Ellie comes back down the stairs and then exits the house,
slamming the door behind her.

RENAE
I hope she didn't hear that...
23 EXT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE - CONT. 23

Ellie is crying. She approaches her car while texting Alex.

ELLIE (TEXT MESSAGE)

I'm in. I'll meet you outback later
tonight.

ALEX (TEXT MESSAGE)

Can't wait.

Ellie notices a car down the street a little. She wipes her
tears. We can't see who is in the driver seat, but the
vehicle pulls away quickly. Ellie looks concerned but
brushes it off.

RENAE (V.O.)
Just chill on the Alex is a killer
train, at least until after the
anniversary.

SERENA (V.O.)
Something is gonna happen, Ellie is
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
gonna get hurt.

Ellie gets into her car and drives off.

25 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, KITCHEN - NIGHT - FLASHBACK 25

ONE YEAR AGO

Serena comes rushing into the kitchen. Ellie is directly

behind her. Amber and Renae go straight to the backdoor.

Serena grabs a RAG out of the drawer and hands it to Ellie.

SERENA
Once Amber and Renae trip him, you
pull him up using this, strangle him
as hard as you can and then I'll make
my move.

ELLIE
Then what?

Serena locks eyes with a HUGE KNIFE nearby.

SERENA
(grabbing the knife)
I have that part taken care of.
 RENAE
Come on, he'll come up here any
minute!

ELLIE
I'm scared.

SERENA
It's gonna be okay Ellie.

Serena embraces Ellie.

RENAE
Come on!

The girls all rush out the backdoor and down the stairs of
the patio. We SPIN around just as TERRANCE is coming up the
stairs and out the basement door.

CUT TO:

45 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, SERENA'S ROOM - NIGHT 45

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Serena and Renae stand by the door.

RENAE
Jesus. What's the matter with you?

SERENA
Listen!

RENAE
I had no idea you were here.

SERENA
Yeah I had no idea you all would be
here either, but I am glad you are...
come here.

Serena pulls out her murder board.

RENAE
What is this?

SERENA
It's for my investigation.

RENAE
(laughing)

(MORE)
 RENA (CONT'D)
Investigation? Serena, what did I
tell you-

SERENA
Listen to me dammit!

Renae gives her full attention.

SERENA(CONT'D)
I found something, you're going to
want to see.

Serena holds out something, we cannot see what it is...

Renae looks completely shocked.

RENAE
You've gotta be shitting me. Where
did you get this?

CUT TO:

49 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, CLOSET - NIGHT 49

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Renae and Amber are crouched down in a closet.

RENAE
The alcohol is starting to hit.

AMBER
Ouch, you're hurting me!

RENAE
Sorry, move your ass.

AMBER
Okay, I can't breathe.

She goes to get up.

RENAE
No, what if he sees us?

AMBER
I'm sure he's gone by now.

RENAE
Hey, we're hiding in a closet, your
favorite thing to do.
 AMBER
Well it's your fault the two of us
are here.

RENAE
We need to get Ellie away from Alex.

AMBER
How the hell do we do that?

RENAE
Go downstairs and look for the guys,
I'll look upstairs and I'll get
Serena. We're gonna have to come up
with a plan.

AMBER
You want me to go downstairs by
myself.

RENAE
Alex is upstairs, you'll be fine.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
AMBER
I honestly don't know how I got here
in life, like, why do I deserve this?

Amber turns and heads towards the basement.

AMBER(CONT'D)
Jesus, are you there? Please tell me
what I did?

Renae rolls her eyes.

RENAE
We'll meet right here in five
minutes, got it?

AMBER
Okay.

Renae makes her way upstairs as Amber goes down into the
basement.

Serena comes rushing out of her room, taking Renae back down
the stairs, motioning for her to stay quiet. They go into
the kitchen.

IN THE KITCHEN
 SERENA
There was a security guard outside.

RENAE
I know he scared the hell out of us.
Amber and I hid in the closet.

SERENA
Typical.

RENAE
You're not gonna believe what was
just on the news.

SERENA
What?

RENAE
There was another sorority murder.
They don't know for sure if it's
related but it's similar to the
original murders.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
SERENA
See I knew this was going to happen.
Alex has something planned. Where is
Amber?

RENAE
She went downstairs to find the guys.

SERENA
You let her go downstairs by herself?

RENAE
Alex is upstairs, she'll be okay.

SERENA
No, she's not.

RENAE
What?

SERENA
I went to check on Ellie, she's
sleeping and Alex is gone.

RENAE
What the fuck! Should we get Ellie?

FROM OUTSIDE -
 The garage door opens, it startles them.

RENAE(CONT'D)
Maybe thats them?

Serena grabs a KNIFE.

They walk over and open the door to the garage, Renae
follows behind Serena.

50 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, GARAGE - NIGHT 50

The girls walk in. Their arms are locked together, Renae
turns on the flashlight mode on her phone.

They walk slowly. They look confused as they realize Ms.

Sutter's car is still there.

SERENA
Why is Ms. Sutter's car here?

RENAE
I don't know, I thought she left?
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
A NOISE comes from the corner of the garage. The suspense
builds.

RENAE(CONT'D)
I don't think we're alone.

SERENA
(yelling out)
Whoever the fuck is in here, is about
to get their neck cut open.

Renae grabs a TOOL nearby.

They move closer and closer towards the sound... As they get
right by the corner they flash the light towards it and
scream out when they realize it's a cat.

RENAE
Holy shit.

SERENA
I hate cats.

Renae notices something else on the other side of Ms.

Sutter's car, she shines the light toward it.
 RENAE
Oh my God.

SERENA
What?

Serena turns her head to see what Renae's reacting to...

It's TERRA'S DEAD BODY -- propped up against the wall.
They're both in shock.

RENAE
Is she dead?

SERENA
I don't think her eyes are wide open
because she's admiring Ms. Sutter's
car. Yes she's dead!

SUDDENLY the garage door begins to shut, scaring them yet

again. They run back inside, completely freaked out.

52 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, HALLWAY - NIGHT 52

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Renae and Serena come rushing in.

RENAE
What do we do?

SERENA
We're gonna end this once and for
all.

RENAE
How do we do that?

SERENA
We're gonna kill this bitch.

RENAE
What if she already killed Amber?

SERENA
Don't.

RENAE
Someone in this situation is bound to
go there.

SERENA
Come on.
 Serena takes the lead. They head down into the basement.

53 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, BASEMENT - NIGHT 53

Serena and Renae slowly enter. They open the door to the
weight room and are shocked -- they discover Amber passed
out on the floor. Serena rushes over to her.

RENAE
Is she-

SERENA
No. She's still breathing.

Someone passes by the door behind them.

SERENA(CONT'D)
Amber, wake up.

She grabs ahold of Amber -- trying to get her to wake up.

They hear a door close from outside of the room. Renae and
Serena look at one another... it's go time.
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
RENAE
Shit.

SERENA
C'mon.

RENAE
We can't leave her.

SERENA
We'll come back for her.

Serena rushes out the door, Renae looks down at Amber one
last time before following behind.

SUDDENLY Renae is grabbed -- one of the masked attackers

pops out from the stairway. Before Serena can get a chance
to help, she's grabbed from behind too.

RENAE
There's two of them?

They each try and fight them off.

 Renae's attacker has a cloth, which they try to put over her
mouth -- Renae blocks them with her arm. She pushes back
with all her might, knocking them both into the wall. Renae
gets free, she rushes to aid Serena.

Serena and Renae both fight off the other attacker and begin
to make a run for it, but Serena is grabbed by the leg --
knocking her down.

SERENA
Renae, run!

Renae hesitates... she sees the other attacker come towards

Serena as Serena manages to get up.

RENAE
I'm not leaving you.

One of the attackers swings the knife in Serena's direction.

SERENA
Renae, go!

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Just then, another MASKED FIGURE steps out from the hallway.

RENAE
You've gotta be fucking kidding me.

They're all three coming towards the girls now. One of them
signals to another one to get Renae.

SERENA
Go! I got this.

They chase after Renae -- causing her to go out the door.

Serena gets into fight mode. She puts her fists up. One of
the attackers slashes toward her direction, she's backed
into the corner. She punches the one without a knife. The
other one manages to knock her out.

55 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, MS. SUTTER'S ROOM - NIGHT 55

The LENSE IS HAZY... as we FOCUS we see that we're in Ms.

Sutter's room.

Serena is tied up in a chair. As she awakens, she realizes

what has happened to her. She shakes around to try and get
free, but there's no way out of these restraints.
 SERENA
Fuck!

CUT TO:

63 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, MS. SUTTER'S ROOM - NIGHT 63

Serena is still sitting in the chair, tied up.

One of The MASKED FIGURES enters the room.

SERENA
I don't know why you're wearing a
mask, I know it's you.

Alex removes the mask.

ALEX
It's for dramatic effect.

SERENA
You piece of shit.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
ALEX
What gave it away?

SERENA
I've always trusted my sisters and
you were the only other one here that
night... so I put the pieces
together.

ALEX
Contrary to what you think, that's
not true.

SERENA
Corey was an ass-hole, but he wasn't
a murderer.

ALEX
I'm not talking about Corey, there
were a couple other people here that
night, you just didn't know.

SERENA
Who are your side kicks?
 ALEX
You don't know everything, like you
think you do.

SERENA
I know that you're Terrance's sister.
Katrina, is it?

ALEX
I'll give you credit, you're smart,
too smart for your own good, because
if you know who I am and you know
what I did then that means I do have
to kill you.

SERENA
No no no. It means that I have to
kill you, just like I killed your
bastard of a brother.

Alex becomes enraged. She puts a knife right up to Serena's

neck.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
ALEX
Shut the hell up.

SERENA
Your brother was a pathetic excuse
for a killer, he was outsmarted by
four sorority girls, how does that
make you feel?

ALEX
You may have took my brother away
from me, but what you gave me fills
that void completely... I have Ellie
now, how does it feel to have one of
your precious sisters taken away?

SERENA
She'll see who you really are soon
enough.

ALEX
You think so? I have her pretty much
convinced that you're the psychotic
killer. You and Terrance had a
dangerous love affair and your hatred
for your sorority sisters grew so

go on a murderous sorority killing
rampage. When he grew tired and
wanted out, you made sure he couldn't
tell anyone about what you did

SERENA
You think anyone is going to believe
that?

ALEX
I do. I think people are going to
have trouble understanding why you
would be visiting his grave.

SERENA
So you've been stalking me, huh?

ALEX
I had to keep an eye on you, thank
God I did, because I couldn't make

SERENA
He deserved to die, but doing that,
it changed me. Taking someones life,
it's not supposed to feel good.

Alex laughs.

ALEX
Oh yes it does.

SERENA
You need help.

ALEX
You're the one tied up, I think you
are in need of help.

Alex kicks the chair backward, knocking Serena down with it,
breaking the chair.

ALEX(CONT'D)
Don't worry, I'm not gonna kill you
right here. I'm going for a much more
poetic form of justice.
 Alex grabs Serena by her hair and pulls her through the
doorway into the basement living room -- where Terrance
died.

CUT TO:

65 INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, BASEMENT - NIGHT 65

Alex has the knife in one hand, she's ready to kill Serena.

ALEX
Any final words?

SERENA
You tie knots like a bitch.

ALEX
Excuse me?

SERENA
Something you have in common with
your brother, I guess.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Without hesitation, Serena kicks Alex directly in the face,
knocking her backward.

Serena pops up, her hands are free. Alex goes into full
attack mode.

ALEX
You little bitch.

SERENA
You fucked with the wrong sorority!

Alex rushes towards Serena -- the knife raised into the air.
Serena blocks her with her hands, avoiding the knife. Alex
pushes her backward -- knocking her into a bookshelf.

Serena uses all her might to spin Alex around into the
bookshelf -- breaking it apart. Serena grabs the top of it
and pulls it down onto Alex, knocking her over -- she loses
ahold of the knife.

Serena goes for it, but Alex manages to push the bookshelf
off of herself, hitting Serena in the face with the corner
of it -- leaving a gash on Serena's forehead.
 Alex gets up, she comes toward Serena, abandoning the knife
behind. She grabs ahold of Serena's neck, Serena does the
same to her. They're nearly killing each other when Serena
head buts Alex, hitting Alex in the nose, causing it to
bleed.

They let go of one another. Serena grabs a nearby object and

bashes Alex in the head.

After regaining her composure, Alex tackles Serena down to

the ground. They're in arms length of the knife.

CUT TO:

75 INT. BETA PHI HOUSE, BASEMENT - NIGHT 75

The looks on their faces are much different than that first
day they met. Ellie has tears rolling down her cheeks. Alex
has a deranged look on her face, still holding a knife to
Ms. Sutter's throat.

ELLIE
So that's it, you and your brothers
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
just sit around one day bored and
decide we're gonna go kill a bunch of
sorority girls for sport.

ALEX
There's more to it, but you aren't
privy to that information.

AMBER
Why Corey? Why did you guys have to
kill Corey.

ALEX
Wrong place, wrong time.
(beat)
Story time's over. It's time to
finish this.

Suddenly Serena comes rushing towards Alex, knocking her

down -- the knife and Ms. Sutter, go flying. They struggle.

SERENA
Get the gun!

Amber runs over to the gun, she picks it up and tries to get
a shot at Alex, but there's no clear shot. Alex pushes
 Serena off of her -- Amber goes to shoot, but Ellie stops
her.

ELLIE
No!

Alex makes a run for it, towards the hall leading to the
stairs.

AMBER
Why did you do that?

Amber chases after Alex, Ellie follows behind.

Serena helps Ms. Sutter sit up, she un-gags her and begins
to untie her.

MS. SUTTER
I felt like I was in there for an
eternity.

Ms. Sutter notices Serena's wounds.

OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
MS. SUTTER(CONT'D)
Oh my God, you're hurt.

SERENA
I'll be fine.

RENAE
I won't.

We SPIN around and see that Renae is standing outside of the

house. She has come down the outside stairs. Ms. Sutter
rushes over to help her.

78 EXT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE - DAY 78

7 MONTHS LATER

SPEAKER (V.O.)
Congratulations Graduates!

We hear the sounds of an entire crowd cheering on the

graduating class. It fades out as we focus on our four Beta
Phi girls, all standing in front of the house looking up at
it.

Ms. Sutter stands behind them.

 MS. SUTTER
I am so proud of all of you.

AMBER
Please, no more crying.

RENAE
I know, when they handed Terra's
parents an honorary diploma for her,
I about lost it.

MS. SUTTER
You each were able to over-come your
fears and finish out strong.

SERENA
It wasn't easy.

MS. SUTTER
I know, but you did it.

The girls all look at each other. They're proud of one

another.
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
AMBER
You think they're ever gonna open the
house back up?

RENAE
Who cares. Let is burn to the ground
for all I care.

SERENA
We're moving onto bigger and better
things, right Ellie?

Ellie is kind of out of it. It's weird for her to be out

front of the Beta Phi house... so many hard memories.

ELLIE
What? -- Oh, yeah. Bigger and better.

The girls all hold onto one another.

AMBER
Well, this is it. Goodbye to Beta
Phi.
 It's a powerful moment. They all look at one another as they
realize it's all over. It's time to move on and start their
lives.

They turn and walk away.

MUSIC BEGINS to play as we see them all hug one another and
take off into the sunset.

FADE TO BLACK.

81 FLASHBACKS 81

81A INT. LIVING ROOM

We see Rick, Terrance and Alex forming their plan, in the

distance is Ms. Sutter, she walks up to them.

MS. SUTTER
You need someone on the inside...

They all get excited, it's the perfect solution to their

plan.

81B INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE - DAY

Ms. Sutter comes into the house, all the girls are gathered
around.

DEAN
Miss Weathers will not be returning
this year as house mother, so I'd
like you all to meet Ms. Sutter.

MS. SUTTER
I'm so happy to be here with you
ladies.

She smiles.

CUT TO:

81C INT. KITCHEN - DAY

Ms. Sutter is walking out, Serena walks in with the PLEDGE

from PART ONE.
 SERENA
This is our house mother Ms. Sutter,
she just started here but she's
absolutely the best, you'll love her.

MS. SUTTER
So nice to meet you... Good luck! I'm
off to start my weekend, you girls
have fun, but not too much fun.

SERENA
Enjoy!

Ms. Sutter exits the house. She pulls her phone out and
calls Terrance.

MS. SUTTER
Tonight is the night. Alex has Ellie
covered, I have three of the other
girls staying over the weekend. It's
go time.

TERRANCE
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
Excellent.

CUT TO:

81D INT. HOUSE - DAY

Alex, Terrance, Rick and Ms. Sutter are all together.

TERRANCE(CONT'D)
You gotta make sure she lets you in.

ALEX
Trust me she will, I just met with
her at the park.

MS. SUTTER
Rick, you're gonna be out front
waiting in the car, as soon as you
guys are done, I want you out of
there.

81E INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE, BASEMENT - NIGHT

Serena slits Terrance's neck.

 CUT TO:

Alex comes into the basement and hovers over Terrance's

body.

81F INT. HOUSE - NIGHT

Ms. Sutter gets a call from Alex.

MS. SUTTER(CONT'D)
Is it done?

ALEX
We have a problem.

CUT TO:

81G EXT. CAR - NIGHT

Ms. Sutter walks over to a car, Alex and Rick are both
sitting inside. Ms. Sutter gets in.
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
MS. SUTTER
You shouldn't be here.

ALEX
We can't wait any longer, it has to
be this weekend, it's the
anniversary.

MS. SUTTER
I know, I already have a plan worked
out.
(to Rick)
You make sure Amber and Renae get
here.
(to Alex)
And you handle Ellie. I'll take care
of Serena.

RICK
I already laid the ground work for
framing Gus. Everything will be
traceable to him.

MS. SUTTER
Did you get his gun?
 RICK
Yes.

CUT TO:

81H INT. THE BETA PHI HOUSE LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

The meeting has just concluded. Serena and Ms. Sutter are
alone.

MS. SUTTER
Are you okay?

SERENA
I'll be fine. It's what is best for
Beta Phi.

MS. SUTTER
Look why don't you spend the night
here tonight. Take a nice bubble
bath, relax, have some peace and
quiet for once. Just don't tell
anyone.
OTTINGER PRODUCTIONS
SERENA
I'll think about it.

MS. SUTTER
Don't worry, if you get caught, I'll
take the rap for it.

SERENA
Thank You Ms. Sutter, I'm sorry I got
mad at you earlier.

MS. SUTTER
It's okay.

They hug, Ms. Sutter smirks behind her back.

The bag comes down over Ms. Sutter's face. It's Rick messing
with her, he laughs. Alex is with him.
