Functions of Support Services

 Finance
When we already had a product we intended to sell, we chose to compare the prices of
all the ingredients first to get an idea of how much our potential costs would be throughout the
entire business period. We decided to choose items comparable to those with a higher price but
better quality and a nearly identical taste since we discovered that some of the cost of the
ingredients we were considering was too high. We felt relieved that there was still money left in
our budget after purchasing all the necessary items.
After conducting our business on day 1, some ingredients were still available, so we
just acquired less number of supplies, just enough to sell our product for the remaining two days
of the business expo. After launching the company, we decided to track our sales throughout the
operation and determine how many supplies we would require for our items. On the approaching
business expo days, our company plans to enhance its venture and concentrate on the ones with
the highest sales. After finding that there were still more remaining ingredients, we distributed
each component by how much you contributed to the event's success. We're constantly looking
for the silver lining, so we concluded that such ingredients might still be our source of profit
individually.
 Marketing
Different marketing strategies help to make the business most likely to be known. We
handed flyers to our possible customers for our business expo as our marketing strategy and
created a business page on social media (blogging). We persuaded people passing through by
giving them our posters, which enabled us to gain more consumers and increase sales. We posted
our menu, banner, and different kinds of combo meals we offer on our business page. All the
group members have access to our business page, so we are enough to manage this page
proficiently. By using social media, we were able to boost our consumers and sales around the
campus. We will also encourage the use of word of mouth publicity from our loyal customers.
 Operation
The operation of services is fundamental to the business we run. When there is an
occurrence of the product encountering an accident during the time of delivery to the customer,
we may give a refund or allow a substitute for the product they ordered. We may also provide a
freebie for the time spent exceeding the agreed-upon delivery time. However, these functions
have a perimeter; if they are outside of the said area, we will not provide a replacement for the
product because it is usually the customer's fault. We have already informed the public by
posting and giving flyers that we only deliver inside the school's campus. We also stated that if
you are an outsider and make an order or reservation through our page, we will bring your orders
to the front gate of the school campus and personally hand them to you.
The possible reasons why we may provide a refund or replacement plus a freebie if possible:
 An accident during the delivery of the product
 Error in making the said order
 Potential spoilage of the said materials that led to the goods having a health hazard
 Failure to deliver within the agreed time
Limits of the deliverance of customer support:
 An error by the customer in making the order
 Accidents after the product have been transferred to the customer.
 Accidents after the successful delivery where the agreement has been settled and
ended
