Marketing plan:

Overall marketing strategy: we are using our own website to provide our
goods. we’re going to use online platform. We got this information from google
that almost 50 million people of Bangladesh are using social media and social
media is quite popular in this generation. Our main target will be vegetarians
and Hindus. Cause they eat don’t meat very often. In Bangladesh 8% people are
Hindu. They will get a good benefit from us. Moreover, vegan products are not
quite available in Bangladesh. So, we think this high time to hit the market.
People who have heart problem and diabetes they will also be able to teste meat
as vegetables. As we already said how we make or creates our products its
100% halal. Our service is for everyone. If we talk about features then it will
look that fresh, authentic, even well packaged so it normally has differentiating
looks than restaurant foods. People are always willing to try new things.
Promotion and distribution will play a significant role in marketing plan.
PROMOTION:
We will mainly promote our service through social media. Because our service
is online based that’s why online platform is a good idea in this age. We know
that about 50 million of people in Bangladesh use social media like Facebook,
Instagram, What’s app, tiktok, You-tube and so on. So, we will use these media
to promote our business and spread our service. We will be making videos and
posting photos or our products on our Facebook page and website. We will also
add an option for our costumers so that they can give us feedback and we can
bring some changes to our business. Afterall consumer is the king of market.
We have to think as a costumer for better output How will I want this product to
be. We will also give discount and provide offers. For our regular costumers
there will be membership option.
DISTRIBUTION:
Distribution is one of the main things in marketing. Without proper distribution
its almost Impossible to see success in future. We are going provide our
products through home delivery service. There are some apps like uber, uber
eats, pathao, foodpanda they will distribute the products to costumer. when we
will gain more profit, we will try to give free delivery. We will do every thing
possible to keep our customer happy. Our target is to available our service as
much as possible to our targeted customers. So, we are basically giving home
delivery. Because the product is food items, we will put some extra care to
packaging. So the product will be fresh and clean.
