    Objective : To repair platform and rechange position gearbox for reduce breakdown and safety issue.

    Area
    FFB conveyor transmission area.

    Planning : To replace cheque plate and rechange position gearbox by Berkat Jaya on 1 and 2 October.

    Bending on platform can causes chain out of alignment and snap repeated.

     Planning to rechange gearbox position and repair platform


     Date purpose on 1 and 2 October due low crop 2022
     Recommended to hire Berkat Jaya due the replacement chain and liner on FFB conveyor still
    under him. So, Berkat Jaya will responsible for both work (gearbox base plate under ffb
    conveyor machinery) and make sure good quality for one unit FFB conveyor. (Labour charge
    only)
     Berkat Jaya have experience about this issue.
     Price : Rp 900,000 normal day and x 2 for public holiday/Sunday. Price from Berkat Jaya for one
    worker. Price has been given by Berkat Jaya.
