2 - CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
2.1 Descrizione dell’apparecchio
• Il Distributore Automatico D.A. 7P è un apparecchio destinato alla distribuzione automatica di caffè e
bevande calde preparate utilizzando caffè in grani macinato all’istante e polveri solubili. Consente di
scegliere tra 7 differenti combinazioni di bevande.
• Indice di sicurezza:
L’apparecchio è testato ed approvato secondo le norme di sicurezza Europee.
3 - AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA

• Non usare la macchina in acqua, in ambienti molto umidi o molto polverosi. Usare l’apparecchio a
temperature comprese tra i 10°C e 40°C.
• Non versare mai acqua sulla macchina salvo che nelle vasche espressamente preposte a questo scopo.
4 - COMANDI
• Interruttore generale: è posto nella parte posteriore dell’apparecchio in basso a destra.
• Tastiera: si compone di 7 tasti (11) corrispondenti ad altrettante bevande identificate come A - B - C -
D - E - F - G dall’alto verso il basso.
• Display (16): visualizza la somma del valore delle monete introdotte.
• Spie verdi (12) a fianco delle bevande: si accendono per indicare che la bevanda è disponibile (quan-
do sono state introdotte monete per un valore corrispondente o superiore a quello indicato). N.B.
Quando la macchina è abilitata per il funzionamento gratuito le spie verdi sono sempre accese.
• Spie rosse (13) a fianco delle bevande: Si accendono per indicare che la bevanda corrispondente è
esaurita.
• Spia verde (14) “PRONTO PER L’USO”: Indica che la macchina è pronta per funzionare.
• Spia rossa (15) “MANCA ACQUA”: Indica che la macchina non può funzionare in quanto l’acqua del
serbatoio è esaurita.
• Pulsante recupero monete (18): consente il recupero delle monete eventualmente inceppate all’interno
della gettoniera.
• Pulsante distributore di cucchiaini (19): Premendo il pulsante viene fornito un cucchiaino dall’apertura
(20).
5 - MESSA IN FUNZIONE
5.1 Operazioni preliminari
• Verificare che la macchina sia contenuta nell’imballo originale integro e chiusa con le regette per evita-
re che possano esservi state manomissioni durante il trasporto.
• Togliere la macchina dall’imballo originale che consigliamo di conservare per eventuali spostamenti o
trasporti successivi.
• Posizionare la macchina su un piano di dimensioni adeguate, perfettamente orizzontale e in grado di
sopportare agevolmente il peso dell’apparecchio e dei componenti in esso contenuti.
• Attenzione: la presenza di forti campi magnetici o la vicinanza di macchine elettriche che generano
forti disturbi, potrebbe essere causa di malfunzionamenti del controllo elettronico dell’apparecchio.

5.3 Collegamento idrico (solo per macchine con attacco diretto alla rete)

Se il caffè esce troppo lentamente, occorre regolare la macinatura su un valore più alto; se invece esce
troppo velocemente si deve posizionare l’indice su un valore di macinatura più basso.
• Attenzione: dopo aver modificato la macinatura occorre erogare almeno due caffè per poter apprez-
zare la variazione.
• Assicurarsi che i coperchietti (26) dei contenitori polveri siano aperti, togliere la chiave di esclusione
dei micro (7) e chiudere lo sportello.
• Attendere l’accensione della spia verde “Pronto per l’uso” (l’accensione di tutte le spie rosse a fianco
delle etichette delle bevande indica, in questo caso, che la macchina non ha raggiunto la giusta tempe-
ratura).
• Inserire il credito corrispondente e verificare l’esatto funzionamento della macchina erogando alcune
bevande.
N.B.: Per modificare le caratteristiche delle bevande (concentrazione, quantità erogata e prezzo imposta-
to) e per disattivare la gettoniera, occorre servirsi del Programmatore 7P.
6 - UTILIZZO
6.1 Erogazione delle bavande
• Scegliere la bevanda tra quelle disponibili ed identificarne il prezzo corrispondente.
• Introdurre le monete nell’apposita apertura (17) fino a visualizzare l’importo richiesto sul display (16).
N.B. Se si introducono monete per un importo superiore a quello richiesto, non viene dato resto ne
memorizzato il credito.
• Estrarre un bicchiere dal distributore e porlo nel vano di erogazione (25).
• Premere il tasto corrispondente alla bevanda richiesta.
• Nel cassetto (23) sono contenute le bustine di zucchero, mentre i cucchiaini sono disponibili premendo
il tasto (19).
• Al termine del ciclo togliere il bicchiere dall’apposito vano. Il Distributore è pronto per una nuova ero-
gazione.
7 - RIFORNIMENTO
7.1 Rifornimento dell’apparecchio
• Provvedere periodicamente al rifornimento di: polveri solubili, caffè, acqua, cucchiaini, bicchieri e zuc-
chero in bustine secondo le cadenze richieste dal numero di cicli mediamente effettuati dall’apparec-
chio.
• Contenitori polveri solubili:
• Estrarre i contenitori (1) dalle loro sedi sollevandoli leggermente per agevolarne l’estrazione.
• Inserire il prodotto solubile senza superare i 2/3 della loro capacità massima.
• Chiudere con il coperchio e reinserire completamente i contenitori nelle loro sedi curandosi di rispettare
le posizioni previste (Fig.B).
• Serbatoio acqua:
• Estrarre il serbatoio acqua (2) dalla sua sede dopo aver sollevato il coperchio superiore.
• Riempirlo di acqua potabile, riporlo nell’apposita sede e reinserire il coperchio superiore.
• Attenzione: Nelle macchine dotate di mobiletto con tanica da 20 litri, è ovviamente inutile riempire il

ni e, tenendo premuto il pulsante (8), premere uno qualsiasi dei tasti delle bavande A-B-C-D. Le spie
sono ora spente e il Distributore è nuovamente pronto per funzionare.
• Spia rossa della bevanda E o F o G accesa: il Distributore è privo del prodotto solubile corrispondente
alla spia accesa e non può, di conseguenza, erogare la bevanda. Occorre rifornire di polvere il conte-
nitore e, tenendo premuto il pulsante (8), azionare il tasto corrispondente alla spia accesa. La spia è
ora spenta e il Distributore è nuovamente pronto per funzionare.
8 - PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Per ottenere sempre la massima qualità delle bevande ero-
gate e garantire il migliore funzionamento dell’apparec-
chio, è necessario attenersi ai seguenti consigli per la puli-
1 zia e manutenzione:
• Gruppo caffè:
2 • Estrarre il gruppo tenendo la leva in posizione 3 (Fig.G),
3 lavarlo completamente in acqua calda, asciugarlo e reinse-
rirlo nell’apposita sede tenendo la leva in posizione 3.
• Attenzione: nell’inserire il gruppo curarsi che le frecce di ri-
Fig. G ferimento coincidano. In caso contrario allinearle servendo-
si dell’apposita chiave (Fig.H)
• Miscelatori e tubi erogazione:
• Estrarre i tubi di erogazione (29) facendo attenzione alle
guarnizioni poste alle loro estremità. Togliere il coperchio
per imbuto (32) dalla sede sul carter di aspirazione e sepa-
rare l’imbuto per polveri (31) dalla parte sottostante sfilan-
do anche l’ugello con tubo in silicone (Fig.L). Ruotare ora il
contenitore di miscelazione (30) in senso orario ed estrarlo.
Pulire la ventola di miscelazione con una spugna imbevuta
in acqua tiepida senza esercitare un’eccessiva pressione
per non pregiudicare il posizionamento della guarnizione

• Lavare abbondantemente in acqua calda tutti i componenti
e rimontarli eseguendo le operazioni suindicate in senso in-
verso. Curarsi in modo particolare del corretto inserimento
dell’ugello con tubo in silicone.
• Contenitori polveri solubili:
• I contenitori per polveri solubili non necessitano di una par-
ticolare manutenzione tuttavia è necessario provvedere alla
loro pulizia con cadenza perlomeno mensile assicurandosi
che all’atto del loro rifornimento siano perfettamente asciut-
ti. I contenitori possono essere separati dalle boccole ante-
riori e posteriori mediante rotazione antioraria di queste ul-
time, consentendo l’estrazione del perno posteriore e della
molla. Pulire il tutto con uno straccio asciutto o con un soffio

di aria compressa e rimontare eseguendo le operazioni in

9 - FUNZIONI AUSILIARIE
• La macchina dispone di alcuni comandi speciali che consentono operazioni relative a :
• Verifica del funzionamento delle spie del pannello.
• Decalcificazione del circuito idraulico
• Verifica del peso specifico delle polveri solubili

quindi, in successione, i tasti a fianco delle spie verdi accese. A controllo ultimato si accendono tutte le
spie rosse a fianco dei tasti.
• Decalcificazione (solo per macchine con serbatoio per l’acqua):
• Introdurre nel serbatoio dell’acqua circa 1 litro di soluzione decalcificante appositamente prevista per
uso alimentare. Per la preparazione della soluzione stessa, seguire le indicazioni stampate sulla confe-
zione.
• Dopo aver effettuato la procedura di “Accesso ai comandi speciali”, premere il secondo tasto dall’alto
(bevanda B) per avviare il ciclo di decalcificazione.
• La soluzione decalcificante viene introdotta automaticamente in caldaia (circa 400 cc.) e e vi rimane
per circa 15 minuti ad una temperatura di 40°C, ideale per questa operazione. Dopo questo tempo vie-
ne automaticamente scaricata la soluzione utilizzata e ricaricata con uguale quantità che rimane ad
agire in caldaia per altri 15 minuti. Durante questo tempo togliere il serbatoio, risciacquarlo bene e
riempirlo di acqua potabile. Trascorsi i 15 minuti viene richiamata acqua fresca che risciacqua automa-
ticamente il circuito e la macchina si pone automaticamente nella condizione iniziale.
• Togliere la chiave (7) e chiudere lo sportello. La macchina è nuovamente pronta per operare.
• Verifica del peso specifico delle polveri solubili:
• La macchina viene regolata durante la produzione sui pesi specifici medi dei prodotti in commercio.
Tuttavia, per una perfetta corrispondenza dei pesi impostati con quelli erogati, si può procedere ad una
taratura più accurata
• Dopo aver effettuato la procedura di “Accesso ai comandi speciali”, premere il 4° tasto dall’alto (be-
vanda D) che provoca l’accensione delle spie verdi degli ultimi 3 prodotti corrispondenti ai rispettivi
contenitori polveri. Porre un contenitore (ad es. un bicchiere) sotto alla bocchetta di erogazione della
polvere, premere il tasto corrispondente e verificare il peso della polvere solubile erogata facendo la
media di alcuni cicli. Il valore ottenuto dovrà essere inserito per mezzo del “Programmatore 7P” (vede-
re “Manuale d’uso” al Par.3.2).

1 - GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Manual purpose
• Purpose of this manual is informing user of all functions of the vending machine, simplifing its use and
achieving the highest performances.
2 - TECHNICAL FEATURES
2.1 Machine description
• The DA 7P is an automatic dispenser which rapidly serves a freshly ground cup of espresso and hot
beverages made from soluble products. In all the user has a selection of 7 different beverages.
• Safety index:
The machine has been tested and approved according to the European safety regulations.

4 - CONTROLS
• Main swicth: placed on the machine rear side, below on the right.
• Selection panel: consisting of 7 selection buttons (11) which correspond to the same number of
beverages marked as A-B-C-D-E-F-G.
• Display (16): displays the inserted coln value.
• Green LEDS (12) next to the selection buttons: they will illuminate when beverages are available (once
the user has inserted coins for a corresponding or higher amount than the one established).
N.B. If the unit has been programmed to provide selections at no charge the green LEDS are always
illuminated.
• Red LEDS (13) next to the selection buttons: They will illuminate when the selected beverage is out.
• Green LED (14) “READY FOR USE”: the machine is ready for normal operation.
• Red LED (15) “WATER EMPTY”: indicates unit is out of water.
• Coin return button (18): Press to return the coins jammed inside the coin box.
• Stirrer dispenser button (19): Press button to dispense from the stirrer dispenser (20).
5 - INSTALLATION
5.1 Preliminary operations
• Check that the machine is inside its original packing, closed withs traps and that it has not been
tampered during transport.
• Remove the machine from the packing. We recommend to retain the packing material for future
transfers or transports.
• Set the machine on an adequate sized and perfectly horizontal top, and make sure it can tolerate either
the machine and the component weight.
• Attention: strong magnetic fields or electric machines generating strong noises and located next to the
equipment, could cause troubles to the machine electronic control.
5.3 Water connection (only for machines directly connected to the cold water line )
• Connect the machine to a drinking water system, where the
pressure is between 1.5 and 8 bars. For this operation, use
an adequate tube and connect it to the 3/4" Gas fitting,
protuding through the machine rear panel (Fig.A).

5.4 Set up
• Fill the water tank (2) (except for those machines directly connected to the waterline), the coffee bean
hopper (4) and the soluble product bin (1), paying attention not to fill the latter over 2/3 of their max.
capacity and to set them in the right position (Pos.1 Tea or
other drinks, Pos.2 Chocolate, Pos.3 Milk) (Fig.B).
• Turn the main switch located on the machine rear side, to
position 1 and then fill the water system, proceeding as
1 2 3 follows:
• Open the front door panel and override the sensor switch
(6) by inserting the “orange key “ (7) (fig.C).
• Caution: This operation, which is necessary for the machine
installation, overrides the safety system which powers off
the unit when the front door panel is opened. Therefore, it
is to be carried out by trained personnel only, aware of

the risk run when working with equipments under
voltage.
• Hold down the rinse switch (10) until water readily flows
from one of the dispensing tubes (29).
• Calibration of coffee grinder
Position the coffee grinding adjustment to one of the
following reccomended settings, turning the grinder
adjustment ring (33) (Fig.D):
Italy : 4-7
Spain : 5-8
France - Switzerland : 5-8
Germany - Austria : 6-9

• Insert the necessary coins, select the desired product and
check the product quality. If coffee flows too slow, adjust the
grinder to a courser setting. On the contrary, if coffee flows
too fast, adjust the grinder to a finer setting.
• Attention: Brew one or two coffees between adjustments to
purge coffee with the old grind setting from the grinder
• Make sure that the soluble product dispensers (26) are

• Wait until the green LED “Ready for use”is illuminated (if all
red LEDS next to the selection buttons are illuminated, the
machine has not reached the right temperature).
• Insert the correct change and check proper functioning of
Fig. D the machine by dispensing some hot beverages.

6 - OPERATION
6.1 Beverage Dispensing
• Select a beverage among those available and check the corresponding amount.
• Insert coins into the slot (17) until the required amount is displayed on the coin display (16). N.B. If you
insert a higher amount, the machine will neither return change nor retain the credit.
• Extract a cup from the holder and place it at the dispensing point (25).
• Press the button corresponding to the desired beverage.
• In the sugar dispenser (23) you will find the sugar packets, while the stirrers are available by pressing
the button (19).
• Remove the cup from the dispensing point. The machine is now ready for another selection
7 - SUPPLY
7.1 Machine supply
• Periodically supply the machine with: soluble products, coffee, water, stirrers and sugar packets,
according to the number of products dispensed by the machine
• Soluble product bins:
• Lift out the bins towards front of unit
• Pour the soluble product without exceeding 2/3 of their max. capacity.
• Close the soluble product dispenser and reinsert the bins paying attention to the given positions (Fig.B).
• Water tank:
• Remove the water tank (2) cover and lift the tank out the unit.
• Fill with fresh water, reinsert in the unit with its cover .
• Attention: For machines fitted with floor cabinets with a 20
liter tank, it is obviously not necessary to fill the upper tank.
In this case it would be better to remove it together with the
valve, in order to avoid unuseful operations. For the floor
cabinet installation and connection see par.11 “ M.B. 7P
cabinet - Installation and Use”
• Coffee hopper
• Remove the cover (3) and fill the box with coffee beans.
• Stirrer dispenser

• Remove the stirrer magazine cover (22) and the metal
12 weighting bar.
• Insert the stirrers perfectly aligned, then replace the
weighing bar and the stirrer magazine cover (Fig.E).

ge and lukewarm water, without pressing too hard as not to
compromise the positioning of the seal gasket.
• Wash with warm water all parts and reinstall them,
repeating backwards the above-mentioned operations. Pay
special attention to re-install correctly the nozzle with silicone
tube.
• Soluble product bins:
• The soluble product bins do not require special maintenance
Fig. H operations, but they need to be cleaned once per month at
least. When refilling the soluble product, make sure the bins
are perfectly dry. They can be separated from the outlet
and rear bushings, by rotating the latter anticlockwise and
by removing the rear pin and the spring. Clean them with a
dry cloth or by a blow of compressed air, then reinstall
them by repeating backwards all operations checking that
the seal ring of the rear pin is not worn.
• Coffee hopper:
• The coffee hopper is to be periodically cleaned in order to
remove the oil left by the coffee beans. Pull outwards the

shutoff slide (21), thus preventing coffee to come out
(Fig.M). Remove the hopper from its seat, wash it with
lukewarm water, carefully dry it and then reinstall it

• Water tank:
• The water tank must be emptied and cleaned every time it
needs to be refilled
• Dump box and accessories:
• Wash all other machine parts with lukewarm water: dump
box (28) , drip tray (27), drain cover (25), as well as the
internal top and the machine walls. Moreover, check there
is no residual coffee powder on the stirrer dispenser.

• Automatic rinsing:
• The machine is provided with an automatic rinse feature
enabling the unit to automatically rinse the mixers. The
period of time between rinses can be programmed (See 7P
Programmer “Instruction manual”). The automatic rinse can
be activated by closing the jumper (24) on the electronic
board (Fig.N) .

2 - CARACTERISTIQUES TECHNIQUES
2.1 Description de l’appareil
• Le distributeur automatique de boissons D.A. 7 P est un appareil destiné à la distribution automatique de
café et de boissons chaudes préparées en utilisant du café en grains moulu instantanément et produits
solubles. Il permet de choisir 7 boissons différentes.
• Indice de sécurité:
L’appareil a été testé et homologué selon les normes de sécurité Européennes.

• Ne jamais employer la machine dans l’eau, dans des pièces très humides ou très poussiéreuses. Em-
ployer l’appareil à températures comprises entre 10°C et 40°C.
• Ne jamais verser de l’eau sur la machine, sauf que dans les réservoirs prévus exprés à cet effet.
4 - COMMANDES
• Interrupteur général : il est placé en bas à droite derrière l’appareil.
• Panneau de commande : il comprend 7 touches (11) correspondant à autant de boissons A-B-C-D-E-F-
G de haut en bas.
• Affichage digital (16) : il affiche la somme de la valeur des pièces introduites.
• Voyants verts (12): à côté des boissons : ils s’allument pour indiquer la disponibilité de la boisson
(quand les pièces sont introduites pour une valeur correspondante ou supérieure à celle indiquée).
N.B. Quand la machine est sur le fonctionnement gratuit, les voyants verts sont toujours allumés.
• Voyants rouges (13) à côté des boissons : ils s’allument pour indiquer l’épuisement de la boisson cor-
respondante
• Voyant vert (14) “PRET POUR L’EMPLOI” : il indique que la machine est prête à fonctionner.
• Voyant rouge (15) “MANQUE D’EAU” : il indique que la machine ne peut pas fonctionner parce que
l’eau du réservoir est terminée.
• Bouton récupération des pièces (18) : permet la récupération des pièces éventuellement bloquées à l’in-
térieur du monnayeur.
• Bouton distribution des cuillères (19) : en appuyant sur le bouton, une cuillère sort de l’ouverture (20).
5 - MISE EN FONCTION
5.1 Opérations préliminaires
• Contrôler que la machine soit dans son emballage original intact et fermé avec les feuillards, afin d’évi-
ter toute manipulation pendant le transport.
• Enlever la machine de l’emballage original, qu’on recommande de garder pour tout éventuel déplace-
ment ou expédition.
• Positionner la machine sur un plan de dimensions appropriées, parfaitement horizontal et à même de
soutenir le poids de l’appareil et des pièces qu’il contient.
• Attention: la présence de forts champs magnétiques ou le voisinage de machines eléctriques qui engen-
drent de forts brouillages, pourrait causer des malfonctionnements au contrôle eléctronique de l’appa-
reil.

ce sur une valeur de mouture plus basse.
• Attention: la mouture changée, il faut préparer au moins deux cafés pour pouvoir apprécier la variation.
• S’assurer que les fermetures mobiles (26) des bacs produits soient ouvertes, enlever la clé d’exclusion
des micros (7) et fermer la porte.
• Attendre que le voyant vert “Prêt à l’usage” clignote (le clignotement de tous les voyants rouges à côté
des plaques des boissons indique que la machine, dans ce cas, n’a pas rejoint la bonne température).
• Insérer les pièces nécessaires et vérifier le fonctionnement correct de la machine, en faisant quelques
boissons.
N.B.: Pour modifier les caractéristiques des boissons (concentration, quantité distribuée et prix) ou bien
pour déconnecter le monnayeur, il faut employer le Programmeur 7P.
6 - EMPLOI
6.1 Distribution des boissons
• Choisir la boisson parmi celles disponibles et identifier le prix correspondant.
• Introduire les pièces de monnaie dans la fente (17) jusqu’à ce que l’affichage digital visualise le mon-
tant requis (16).
N.B Si on introduit les pièces pour un montant supérieur, la monnaie n’est pas rendue, ni le crédit mé-
morisé.
• Extraire un gobelet du distributeur et le placer sur le plat de distribution (25).
• Appuyer sur la touche correspondant à la boisson désirée;
• Les sachets de sucre sont dans le tiroir (23), tandis que les cuillères sont disponibles en appuyant sur la
touche (19).
• A la fin du cycle, ôter le gobelet du plat. Le distributeur est à nouveau prêt à fonctionner.
7 - REAPPROVISIONNEMENT
7.1 Réapprovisionnement de l’appareil
• Pourvoir périodiquement à réapprovisionner avec: produits solubles, café, eau, gobelets et sucre en sa-
chets, aux cadences requises selon le numéro de cycles effectués en moyenne par l’appareil.
• Bacs produits
• Enlever les bacs de leur logement en les soulevant un peu pour aider leur sortie.
• Introduire le produit soluble sans dépasser les 2/3 de la capacité maximum.
• Mettre le couvercle et insérer à nouveau les bacs dans leur logement en ayant soin de respecter les po-
sitions indiquées (Fig.B).
• Réservoir eau:
• Enlever le réservoir de l’eau (2) de son logement après avoir soulevé le couvercle supérieur.
• Remplir avec de l’eau potable, positionner à nouveau le réservoir dans son logement et replacer le cou-
vercle supérieur.
• Attention: Dans les machines pourvues de support avec bidon de 20 litres, il est évidemment inutile de
remplir le réservoir supérieur que l’on recommande de démonter de l’appareil avec sa soupape, pour
éviter des opérations inutiles. Pour l’installation et le raccordement du support, lire Par.11 “Installation

• Voyant rouge boisson E ou F ou G clignotant: le Distributeur est sans produit soluble, correspondant au
voyant clignotant et donc ne peut distribuer la boisson. Il faut remplir de produit le bac et, en appuyant
sur la touche (8), actionner la touche correspondant au voyant clignotant. Le voyant s’éteint et le distri-
buteur peut fonctionner à nouveau.

1 - EINLEITUNG
1.1 Ziel dieser Bedienungsanleitung
• Das Ziel dieser Bedienungsanleitung besteht darin, den Benutzer mit allen Funktionen des Heissge-
tränkeautomaten vertraut zu machen, damit der Betrieb vereinfacht wird und der Automat optimal genu-
tzt werden kann.
3 - SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Für die Sicherheit des Benutzers und der Maschine sollten die folgenden Hinweise unbedingt beachtet
werden:
• Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durchlesen und für eventuelle Ueberprüfungen immer bereithalten.
• Das Gerät immer ausschalten vor jeglichem Eingriff auf die Kabel oder Anschlussleitungen.
• Versuchen Sie nicht, indem Sie Blechteile oder Abdeckung wegnehmen, die Maschine zu öffnen. Eingriffe
dürfen nur vom Fachmann ausgeführt werden. Falls notwendig, wenden Sie sich an unseren Kundendienst.
• Die Maschine nie ins Wasser tauchen oder in sehr feuchter und staubiger Umgebung benützen. Die Ma-
schine nur in einem Temperaturbereich von 10-40°C verwenden. Maschine niemals abduschen; Wasser
nur in den dafür vorgesehenen Wasserbehälter einfüllen.

4 - BEDIENUNGSELEMENTE
• Hauptschalter: befindet sich an der Rückseite der Maschine unten rechts.
• Tastatur: besteht aus 7 Tasten (11) entsprechend den Getränken, die durch die Buchstaben A - B - C -D
- E - F - G von oben nach unten gekennzeichnet sind.
• Display (16): zeigt die Summe der eingeworfenen Münzwerte an.
• Grüne Kontrolleuchten (12) neben der Getränkewahltastatur: zeigen bei Aufleuchten an, dass das ent-
sprechende Getränk verfügbar ist (beim Einwerfen von gleich- oder höherwertigen Münzen als angege-
ben). Hinweis: Wenn die Maschine auf unentgeltlichen Betrieb eingestellt ist, leuchten die grünen Kon-
trolleuchten immer.
• Rote Kontrolleuchten (13) neben der Getränkewahltastatur: zeigen bei Aufleuchten an, dass das ent-
sprechende Getränk momentan nicht verfügbar ist.
• Grüne Kontrolleuchte (14) “BETRIEBSBEREIT”: zeigt an, dass die Maschine betriebsbereit ist.
• Rote Kontrolleuchte (15) “WASSER LEER”: zeigt an, dass die Maschine nicht betriebsbereit ist, weil ein
Wassermangel vorliegt.
• Taste für Münzrückgabe (18): ermöglicht die Rückgabe der Münzen, die eventuell im Münzprüfer
blockiert sind.
• Knopf des Rührstäbchenspenders (19): Durch Drücken des Knopfs wird ein Rührstäbchen durch die Oef-
fnung (20) ausgegeben.
• Hebelschalter (10): mit dem Betätigen dieses Schalters spült die Maschine nacheinander die Mischer-
behälter; gleichzeitig füllt sie das System mit Wasser und sorgt für die Entlüftung.
• RESET-Taste (8): löscht die roten Kontrolleuchten.
5 - INBETRIEBNAHME
5.1 Erste Bedienungsschritte
• Überprüfen Sie, ob die Maschine in der Originalverpackung und mit den Bändern verschlossen ist, um
eventuelle Beschädigungen während des Transports auszuschließen.
• Die Maschine aus der Originalverpackung nehmen. Bewahren Sie die Verpackung unbedingt auf für al-
lfällige spätere Transporte.
• Die Maschine auf eine angemessene, genau horizontale Unterlage stellen, die das Gewicht der Maschi-
ne mit Inhalt tragen kann.
• Achtung: vorliegende starke Magnetfelder oder naheliegende Elektromaschinen, die erhebliche Störun-
gen erzeugen, können Betriebsfehler bei der elektronischen Steuerung der Maschine verursachen.

herausfliesst, den Mahlgrad auf einen höheren Wert einstellen; wenn der Kaffee dagegen zu schnell he-
rausfliesst, den Mahlgrad auf einen niedrigeren Wert einstellen.
• Achtung: Nachdem der Mahlgrad geändert wurde, sollte der Kaffee wenigstens zweimal wieder ausge-
geben werden, damit die Aenderung überprüft werden kann.
• Sicherstellen, daß die Klappen (26) der Behälter für Instantgetränkepulver entriegelt sind; den Schlüssel
zur Sperrung der Sicherheitsmikroschalter (7) herausziehen und die Tür schliessen.
• Das Blinken der grünen Kotrolleuchte “BETRIEBSBEREIT” abwarten (das Blinken aller roten Leuchten ne-
ben den Produkteschildern zeigt hier, dass die Maschine die richtige Temperatur noch nicht erreicht
hat).
• Die entsprechenden Münzen einwerfen und den richtigen Betrieb der Maschine durch Wählen einiger
Getränke nachprüfen.
Hinweis: Um die Eigenschaften der Getränke (Konzentration, Fördermenge), oder auch um den eingestell-
ten Preis zu ändern und den Münzprüfer abzuschalten, muss die Programmiereinheit 7P eingesetzt wer-
den.

• Achtung: In den Maschinen, die mit dem Unterschrank mit 20-Liter-Tank ausgestattet sind, braucht der
Frischwasserbehälter natürlich nicht aufgefüllt zu werden. In diesem Fall sollte der Frischwasserbehälter
zusammen mit dem Ventil von der Maschine entfernt werden, um falsche Vorgänge zu vermeiden. Infor-
mationen über das Aufstellen und den Anschluss des Unterschranks sehen Sie im Abschnitt “Aufstellen
und Benutzung des 7P Unterschranks”.
• Kaffeebohnenbehälter:
Den Deckel (3) abheben und den Behälter mit Kaffeeboh-
nen füllen.
• Rührstäbchenspender:
• Die Abdeckung (22) und das Metallgegengewicht entfer-
nen.
• Die Rührstäbchen nebeneinander einfüllen, das Gegen-
gewicht und die Abdeckung wieder einschieben (Abb. E).

• Achtung: Der Rührstäbchenspender ist zum Betrieb mit Stäb-
12 chen, wie in Abbildung F gezeigt, hergestellt. Die Anwen-
dung von auch leicht abweichenden Produkten kann Be-
triebsstörungen hervorrufen.
• Becherbehälter:
Die Becher in die Röhre des Becherspendegerätes (5) an
90 der Rückseite der Tür einfüllen.

7.2 Zählernullstellung
• Die Maschine ist mit verschiedenen elektronischen Zählern ausgestattet, die nach Eingabe aller notwen-
digen Daten durch die Programmiereinheit 7P die Sperrung der Getränkeproduktion erwirkt, bevor die
entsprechenden Behälter (z.B. Kaffeebohnen, Pulver, Wasser) ganz geleert sind.
• Nach dem Auffüllen der Maschine ist es daher zweckmässig, die Zähler durch die Programmiereinheit
7P auf Null zurückzustellen - siehe “Bedienungsanleitung” Abschnitt 4.2.

Produkteauslaufrohren betätigen. Die Kontrolleuchte leuchtet nicht mehr, der Automat ist wieder betrieb-
sbereit.
• Rote Kontrolleuchten A-B-C-D leuchten: Es liegt ein Kaffeebohnenmangel vor, und die Produktion der
entsprechenden Getränke ist daher gesperrt. Die Kaffeebohnen müssen aufgefüllt werden; RESET-Taste
(8) und irgendeine Produktetaste A-B-C-D drücken. Die Kontrolleuchten leuchten nicht mehr, und der
Automat ist wieder betriebsbereit.
• Rote Kontrolleuchte E oder F oder G leuchtet: Es liegt ein Pulvermangel entsprechend der blinkenden
Lampe vor, und die Produktion des Getränks ist deswegen gesperrt. Das Pulver muss aufgefüllt werden,
RESET-Taste (8) und die Taste der blinkenden Lampe drücken. Die Kontrolleuchte leuchtet nicht mehr,
und der Automat ist wieder betriebsbereit.

Linksdrehung der vorderen und hinteren Buchsen abgetrennt werden, um das Herausziehen des hinteren
Bolzen und der Feder zu ermöglichen. Das Ganze mit einem trockenen Lappen oder mit Luftdruck reini-
gen und in umgekehrter Reihenfolge aller obengenannten Schritte wieder montieren und den perfekten
Sitz des Dichtungsrings des hinteren Bolzen nachprüfen.
• Kaffeebohnenbehälter:
• Der Kaffeebohnenbehälter muss vom durch Kaffeebohnen
abgelagerten Oel regelmässig gereinigt werden. Die Ver-
schlussschieber (21) herausziehen, um den Kaffeeaustritt zu
verhindern (Abb. M). Den Behälter herausnehmen, mit lau-
warmem Wasser spülen und nach sorgfältigem Trocknen
wieder einsetzen.
• Mit Kaffeebohnen nachfüllen und die Verschlussschieber
wieder einschieben.

• Frischwasserbehälter:
• Der Frischwasserbehälter (2) muss jedesmal entleert und ge-
spült werden, wenn Bohnen oder Pulver in die Maschine nachgefüllt werden.
• Kaffeesatzbehälter und Zubehör:
• Die restlichen Teile mit lauwarmem Wasser reinigen: Kaffeesatzbehälter (28), Abtropfschale (27),
Abtropfgitter (25) sowie den Innenboden und die Wände der Maschine. Ueberprüfen, dass sich Kaffee-
pulverreste nicht auf dem Rührstäbchenspender abgelagert haben.
• Hinweis: Alle obenerwähnten Teile dürfen nur mit lauwarmem Wasser ohne irgendein Spül- oder Lösun-
gsmittel gereinigt werden, da sonst die Gefahr besteht, dass die Teile beschädigt werden und Funktions-
störungen auftreten könnten. Der Hersteller lehnt jede Verantwortung für eventuelle Betriebsstörungen
ab, die auf eine unsachgemässe oder schlechte Wartung zurückzuführen sind.
• Automatisches Spülen:
• Die Maschine ist mit einem automatischen Programm für
Mischerspülen versehen, das sich in programmierbaren Zei-
tintervallen automatisch einschaltet (siehe “Bedienungsanlei-
tung der Programmiereinheit 7P). Diese Funktion kann dur-
ch Schliessung der Schaltbrücke für Spülautomatik (24) auf
der Elektronik betätigt werden (Abb. N). Achtung: Diese
Automatik darf nur aktiviert werden, wenn die Maschine
mit einer Abwasserleitung ausgerüstet ist.

MUENZPRUEFERS
• Der Automat ist normalerweise mit dem Münzprüfer NRI
G13 ausgestattet, der bis zu 6 Münzarten erkennen kann.
• Die Werte der programmierten Münzen sind in der Tabelle
(50) neben dem Münzprüfer angegeben (die Kennzeichen
TK 2007 und TK 2008 bezeichnen die Münzen von 24 und
28 mm).
• Die elektronische Kontrolle summiert die Werte der Münzen
(durch Anzeigen der Summe im Display) und ermöglicht die
Getränkewahl nach zwei verschiedenen Preisen (1 und 2 -
niedriger bzw. höherer Preis).
• Der Wert beider Preise kann durch den Dip-Switch (52 und
53) wie folgt eingegeben werden:
Den Wert beider Preise festsetzen (z.B. 500 bzw. 700) und
40 durch den niedrigsten Münzwert nach der Tabelle (z.B. 50)
teilen. Daraus ergeben sich zwei Zahlenwerte:
500:50=10
700:50=14
Diese Zahlen sind über den Dip-Switch (52 und 53) einzu-
stellen:
Zahl 10=2+8
Die Schieber 2 und 8 des Dip-Switch 52 nach oben schie-
ben.
Zahl 14=2+4+8
Die Schieber 2, 4, und 8 des Dip-Switch 53 nach oben
schieben.
Den Münzen (TK 2007 und TL 2008) werden die Preise 1
bzw. 2 automatisch zugewiesen.
• Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, durch den Dip-Switch (51),
unter dem entfernbaren Deckel (54), zu vermeiden, dass
der Münzprüfer eine oder mehrere programmierte Münzen
annimmt. Zu diesem Zweck die Schieber der zu sperrenden

1.1 Finalidad del manual
• La finalidad del presente manual es mostrar al usuario todas las funciones del distribuidor automático,
simplificar su emplo y conseguir las mejores prestaciones.
2 - CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS
2.1 Descripción de la máquina
• El Distribuidor Automático D.A. 7P es un aparato destinado a la distribución automática de café y de
bebidas calientes, utilizando café en grano molido al instante y productos solubles.
• Suministra 7 combinaciones diferentes de bebidas. Es una máquina que está comprobada y aprobada
según las normas de seguridad.
• Para la seguridad del usuario y del aparato, hay que atenerse siempre a las precauciones siguientes:
• Leer atentamente todas las instrucciones contenidas en este manual y tenerlo siempre a mano para even-
tuales consultas.
• Apagar siempre el aparato antes de efectuar cualquier tipo de operación en los cables o los tubos de conexión.
• No intentar forzar ni abrir las planchas ni los paneles de protección porque en el interior del aparato

no existen piezas que puedan ser utilizadas por el usuario. En caso de necesidad, consultar con alguno
de nuestros Centros de Asistencia Técnica.
• No utilizar la máquina en agua, ambientes muy húmedos o muy polvorientos. Usar el aparato a tempe-
raturas comprendidas entre 10ºC y 40ºC.
• No verter jamás agua sobre la máquina, solamente en el depósito expresamente dispuesto con esa fi-
nalidad.
4 - CONTROLES
• Interruptor general: Situado en la parte posterior del apartato.
• Teclado: Se comprende de 7 teclas (11) correspondientes a otras tantas bebidas, marcadas por A-B-C-
D-E-F-G de arriba a abajo.
• Display (16): Visualiza la suma del valor de monedas introducidas.
• Luces de aviso verdes (12) a lado de las bedidas: Se enciendien para indicar que la bedida está di-
sponible (cuando se han introducido monedas para un valor correspondiente o superior al solicitado).
N.B. Cuando la máquina es habilitada para un funcionamento gratuito, las luces verdes siempre están
encendidas.
• Luces de aviso rojas (13) al lado de las bebidas: Se encienden para indicar que la bebida correspon-
diente está agotada.
• Luz de aviso verde (14) “EN FUNCIONAMIENTO”: indica que la máquina está lista para el funciona-
miento.
• Luz de aviso roja (15) “FALTA DE AGUA”: indica que la máquina no puede funcionar, puesto que el
agua del depósito está agotada.
• Pulsador de recuperación de monedas (18): permite la recuperación de las monedas eventualmente
atascadas.
• Pulsador dosificador de paletinas (19): presionando el botón, la paletina es suministrada por la apertura.
5 - PUESTA EN MARCHA
5.1 Operaciones preliminares
• Verificar que la maquina se encuentre en su embalaje original íntegro y cerrado con el precinto para
evitar que pueda haber sido manipulada durante el transporte.
• Sacar la máquina del embalaje original, que aconsejamos conservar para un eventual desplazamiento
o sucesivos transportes.
• Colocar la máquina sobre un plano de dimensiones adecuadas, perfectamente horizontal y capaz de
soportar el peso del aparato y de los componentes que éste contiene.

producto. Si el café sale con excesiva lentitud, regular el molido hacia un valor más alto; si por el contra-
rio el café sale demasiado aprisa, se debe colocar el índice sobre un valor de molido más bajo.
• Atención: Después de haber modificado se deben distribuir un mínimo de dos cafés para poder apre-
ciar la variación.
• Asegurarse de que las tapas (26) de los contenedores de polvo están abiertas, sacar la llave de exclu-
sión de los micros (7) y cerrar la puerta.
• Esperar que se encienda el indicador verde “En funcionamento”. Si se encienden todos los indicadores
rojos al lado de las etiquetas de las bedidas, quiere decir que la máquina no ha alcanzado la tempera-
tura justa.
• Introducir el crédito correspondiente y verificar el funcionamiento exacto de la máquina distribuyendo
alguna bebida.
Nota: Para modificar las características de las bedidas (concentración, cantidad dispensada y precio in-
troducido) y para desactivar el selector de monedas, se debe consultar el Programador para D.A. 7P.
6 - UTILIZACION
6.1 Suministro de bebidas
• Seleccionar una bebida entre las disponibles e identificar el precio correspondiente.
• Introducir las monedas en la abertura (17) hasta visualizar el importe solicitado sobre el display (16).
N.B. Si se insertan monedas para un importe superior al solicitado, no devuelve cambio ni es memori-
zado el crédito.
• Extraer un vaso del dispensador y ponerlo en el hueco de suministro (25).
• Presionar el pulsador correspondiente a la bedida deseada.
• El cajón (23) contiene sobrecitos, mientras que las paletinas se dosifican presionando el botón (19).
• Al final del ciclo, extraer el vaso del hueco. El dispensador está listo para un nuevo suministro.
7 - REPOSICIÓN
7.1 Reposición del aparato
• Proceder periódicamente al abastecimiento de: solubles liofilizados, café, agua, cucharillas, vasos y
azúcar en bolsitas según la cadencia requerida por el número de ciclos efectuados por el aparato.
• Contenedores de solubles.
• Extraer los contenedores de solubles (1) levantándolos ligeramente para facilitar la extracción.
• Introducir el producto liofilizado sin superar los 2/3 de su capacidad máxima.
• Cerrar con la tapa y volver a introducir los contenedores en su lugar teniendo cuidado de colocarlos en
su posición correcta (Fig.B).
• Depósito de agua.
• Extraer el depósito de agua (2) después de haberle quitado la tapa superior.
• Llenarlo de agua potable, volverlo a colocar en su lugar y cubrirlo con la tapa superior.
• Atención: En la máquina provista de mueble con tanque de 20 litros, obviamente es inútil llenar el de-
pósito superior que, en estos casos, aconsejamos eliminar del aparato, conjuntamente con la válvula,
para evitar operaciones inútiles. Nota: Para la instalación y conexión del mueble, consultar el párrafo
“Mueble M.B. 7P”.

• Contenedor de café:
Levantar la tapa (3) y llenar el contenedor de café en grano
(4).
• Distribuidor de paletinas:
• Sacar la protección (22) y el contrapeso metálico.
• Introducir las cucharillas perfectamente alineadas, volver a

La máquina dispone de algunos comandos especiales para efectuar operaciones relativas a:
• Verificación del funcionamiento de los indicadores del panel.
• Descalcificación del circuito hidráulico.
• Verificación del peso específico de los polvos.
• Acceso a los comandos especiales:
• Apagar el aparato, abrir la puerta, insertar la llave (7) en la abertura de los microinterruptores y volver
a encender con el interruptor general manteniendo presionada al mismo tiempo el pulsador (8).
Se iluminarán los 5 primeros indicadores verdes y brillarán alternativamente las señales “En Funciona-
miento” y “Falta agua”.
