CHAPTER I : TREND
LESSON : Definition of trend
: Process of Identifying a Trend
: Differentiating a Trend from Fad

NOMINAL DURATION: Day 1

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After reading this INFORMATION SHEET, YOU MUST be able to:
1. Define the meaning of trend.
2. Give examples of a trend and a fad
3. Explain the process of Identifying a trend.

DEFINITION OF TREND

Trend is a behavior or new way of doing things and it has a big impact on our
society. It is a sequential pattern of change in a condition, output, or process, or an
average or general tendency of a series of data points to move in a certain direction
over time, represented by a line or curve on a graph.
In the sphere of economics, trends may come as a general movement
registering statistical changes for a long period such as the increasing cost of living
and rate of unemployment. A typical example of this is the long prevailing capitalistic
mentality of people all throughout the world which in one way or another dictates
their economic movement.
In politics, trends refer to a tendency, drift, or bend toward a certain stance,
thought, or policy as when democratic Southeast Asian countries favored
authoritarian governments at a certain point in their histories.

PROCESS OF IDENTIFYING A TREND

● Trend analysis is the widespread practice of collecting information and

attempting to spot a pattern, or trend, in the information. Trend Analysis is
based on trendspotting but it extends this into developing future scenarios and
so they say that to follow a trend, one must not only be conscious of what is
currently happening but be wise enough to predict the future . (Urgel, 2017)
● Trend spotting is the identification of new trends or attempting to see the
future. Trend Spotting refers to the study of trends and the way they develop
and affect society. Rehn and Lindkvist (2013)
● Trend Spotter/Trend Setter is a person who notices and reports on new
fashions, ideas, or activities that are becoming popular. The one who starts a
trend is called trendsetter.

DIFFERETIATING TREND FROM FAD

Trend is something that covers almost all of human activities such as but not
limited to politics, beliefs, economics, lifestyle, social life and the like whether the
individuals or groups of people are aware of it or not.
A Fad is something, such as an interest or fashion, that is very popular for a
short time (Merriam– Webster’s Learner’s Dictionary). A fad is a product that has
little, if any, utility but is characterized by a quick rise in sales and popularity followed
by a quick decline in sales and popularity.
The primary difference between a trend and a fad is that trends have the
potential to be long-term influences on the market.
A fad is an intense but short-lived fashion. It is a widely– shared enthusiasm
for something, especially one that is short-lived. It is a temporary fashion, a craze,
interest, or activity that people follow enthusiastically, but lasts for a short period of
time
The table below summarizes the distinction between a fad and a trend
according to Arzadon et.al. (2018).

CHAPTER 2 : ELEMENTS AND CHARACTERISTIC OF TREND

LESSON : Elements of Trend
: Characteristics of a Trend

NOMINAL DURATION: Day 1

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After reading this INFORMATION SHEET, YOU MUST be able to:
1. Identify the Elements of Trend.
2. Describe the different characteristics of a trend.
3. Illustrate the elements and characteristics of a trend through symbols.
___________________________________________________________________

ELEMENTS OF TRENDS
1. Number of participants
Pertains to people who follow a certain trend which is started by an
individual or a group of people. The group then grows into a community, and
eventually swells into national and international societies.
For example, the prevailing fashion of a period, follows what celebrities are
wearing or what fashion designers offer. People often copy the trendsetters and
so a new fashion trend develops. In the recent century, styles of clothing are
usually distinguished by decades.

2. Pattern of behavior

Revision # 00
Refers to a trend that is formed from repetitive actions of people. For
example, the simple act of taking a selfie has now become a cultural trend. It is
almost impossible not to see someone taking a selfie in any place - be it in a
tourist spot, in a restaurant, in a hotel lobby, beside a movie poster in a cinema,
in a concert hall, and at an event, among others. Before smartphones and
portable digital cameras, pictures or portraits were taken by another person. The
selfie phenomenon enabled people to construct themselves visually and present
it to the public by putting it on social media. Others view the taking of selfies with
disdain as a symbol of narcissism and superficiality, while others consider it as an
act of self-exploration and a gauge for acceptance.

Example: Persons taking selfie

3. Long period of time

Is one of the crucial elements of a trend which means that a trend has to
have a long-time frame, sometime running for decades. A trend may experience
some ups and downs in popularity, may fade away, and may recur. A good
example of this element of trend is the telephone. It is a communication
instrument that revolutionized modern living and created various social impacts. It
was soon overtaken by the popularity of mobile phones in the late 1990s that
have text messaging feature. Then newer technologies allowed smartphones to
include many applications and internet connectivity. Although telephones are still
present in homes and offices, smartphones clearly have gotten ahead in
functionality and usage.

Example: Evolution of Cellphone

Revision # 00
Refers to the starting point of a trend which can be an idea, a technology,
an event or a person. All trends have beginnings and someone or somebody
definitely started it. The question here is, how did it start? Now, this becomes
quite obvious as all material elements of a culture started with one’s ideas,
therefore, it is also conclusive that one starting point of a trend was an idea.

5. Consequence
Refers to the considerable impact or influence of a trend. Social
networking has become an encompassing trend that tends to influence behaviors
of online users. With the popularity of smartphones, users began subscribing to
various social networking portals which enable them to post activity statuses and
photos, and even connect with celebrities. Currently, these social media
platforms and their messaging and video conferencing features are finding their
relevance today especially for the students and teachers. For example, due to
the pandemic, teachers, students and parents use these features for the virtual
teaching and learning process. However, this trend can also create a rather
negative consequence among its followers.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TREND
Duration of time -The lifespan of products or ideas that become trends do not
disappear quickly. Trends have long staying power and enjoy a long period of
popularity.
Acceptability -Trends are popularly accepted by many industries and people.
Cultural Basis -A trend is rooted on the people's cultural traditions, beliefs, and
values. A trend persists and continues because people have seen it as part of a
society's culture.
Transitory increase or decrease -A trend shows a transitory increase or decrease
of a particular idea, event or phenomenon.

NOMINAL DURATION: Day 1

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After reading this INFORMATION SHEET, YOU MUST be able to:
1. Define strategic analysis and intuitive thinking.

STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
Strategic analysis refers to a system or method that requires deliberate, abstract,
and effortful thinking that breaks down a complex problem into parts. Strategic
analysis of an organization is an essential factor for planning and optimizing your

marketing strategy. With the help of strategic planning, you can align and achieve
your marketing objectives with your business' overall vision.

Key Components of Strategic Analysis

1. Tools for analysis - There are a number of different tools used for analysis in
strategic conversations. The most common is the SWOT analysis (Strengths,
Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). A SWOT analysis is a helpful way
for a team to begin (or continue) the conversation about what’s working and
what’s not working as well as what potentially exciting or concerning things
are happening that we need to consider as we plan for the future.
2. Strategic purpose/mission - We will often describe strategic purpose as
clear understanding of why we exist and why that’s important. It is also
described as a team’s essential reason for existence. When everyone on a
team or in an organization understands the essential reason for existence, the
hundreds of daily decisions about work to be done— that must be made in a
complex organization—are informed and guided by that common purpose.
Without clarity around shared purpose, however, priorities are typically
chosen based on individual/personal criteria or in response to crisis.
3. Values Values reflect the culture of an organization. More importantly, clarity
regarding values allows the organization to tap into those values to foster a
culture that supports its purpose and vision, rather than one that undermines
them. Teams can engage in a process that clarifies organizational values and
use these as a basis of practices that strengthen team interactions and
culture.
4. Vision - Identifies the direction of the department. It answers the question
—“If we consistently fulfilled our purpose with excellence, what would that
look like?” Vision creates a compelling picture of the team’s or organization’s
future. Teams (and team members) are more effective when they know where
they are headed—inspired by a clear, challenging, and meaningful vision. An
effective departmental vision can frame the work that is done on a daily basis
and help the members of the team move in a common direction.
5. Key goals A fundamental component of any strategic process is to identify
those priorities that will move the team forward. Key goals play the vital role of

connecting the team’s ongoing work with the broader purpose and vision
because they help define where the team is going in specific, actionable
ways.
6. Action planning A great strategy alone does not ensure success—but the
effective implementation of a great strategy does. Oftentimes, strategic
thinking and planning processes fail because leaders did not take the time to
identify “who would do what by when.” Action planning clarifies the ways in
which our daily work will help move the goals forward. In his book,
Collaborative Strategic Planning, Pat Sanaghan provides some helpful
prompts to frame the action planning. These include: goal statement,
description of what success would look like, three important steps toward
implementing the goal, resources needed, who needs to be involved in the
successful implementation of the three important steps, suggested champion
or owner for the goal, and potential challenges or hurdles.

INTUITIVE THINKING
Intuitive thinking This is the ability to understand something instinctively without the
need for conscious reasoning. Sometimes, it is referred to as gut feeling, sixth
sense, inner sense, instinct, inner voice, spiritual guide, etc. Intuitive thinking is
affected by how one feels and define a thing or event. Particular norms and value
systems within a community are considered when making decisions.

Key Components of Intuitive Thinking

1. Immediacy - The component of immediacy reflects the role of timing in
intuition. An intuition occurs immediately with no planning. The component of
immediacy is supported by the fact that a person cannot willfully maintain
herself in the act of intuiting. Furthermore, intuiters, perform most effectively
when they are not conscious that they are in fact intuiting (Noddings & Shore,
1984). In an intuitive mode, a person eliminates or deactivates the cognitive
mediators that she uses unconsciously.
2. Sensing Relationships - How is it that we see relationships and formulate
connections between objects, concepts, ideas? A music composer formulates

a series of notes of a certain pattern to make music. A designer selects a key
piece of furniture to complement the decor. The component of sensing
relationships reflects the formulation of connections, an intrinsic property of
intuition. This formulation of connections is based upon a person’s knowledge
structures which reflect his/her level of expertise.
3. Reason - Intuition and traditional reasoning comprise a unique and
paradoxical relationship. As a whole, intuition as a concept is in contrast with
analytical reasoning, as described earlier. Furthermore, the development of
intuition is in contrast to the metacognitive development that facilitates
coordinating theory and evidence (Kuhn, 1989). Yet while intuitive thinking
contrasts with analytical reasoning, intuition involves a particular type of
reasoning. Noddings and Shore (1984) claim that intuition acts in a
complementary fashion with reason, and it is impossible to isolate the two
meticulously and discretely. In analytical reasoning the person moves from a
postulate toward what can be derived from it; in contrast, with intuitive
thinking, the person may return to the postulate itself and evaluate
acceptance of it and consider alternatives. Analytic thinking is directed by
concepts they have attached to the object whereas intuitive think.

Things that were only found in developed countries can now be found in other
countries across the world. People can now get whatever they want and from
any country.
4. Resource Imperative – Developed Countries need natural and human
resources of the developing countries while developing countries need capital,
technology and train power of the wealthier countries. Developed countries
economies are increasingly dependent on the natural and human resources of
the developing nations.

5. Competition – One of the most visible effects of globalization is the improved
quality of products due to globe competition. Customer service and the
customer is the king approaches to production have led to improved quality of
products and services. As the domestic companies have to fight out foreign
competition, they are compiled to raise their standards and customer
satisfaction levels in order to survive in the market.
6. Culture – The world that we live in today is a result of several cultures coming
together. People of one culture, if receptive tend to see the flaws in their
culture and pick up the culture which is more correct or in tune with times.
Societies have become larger as they have welcomed people of other
civilization and backgrounds and created a whole new culture of their own.
7. Job Insecurity – In developed countries people have job insecurity. People
are losing their jobs. Developed nations have outsourced manufacturing and
white-collar jobs. That means less jobs for their people. This is because
manufacturing work is outsourced to countries where the costs of
manufacturing goods, and wages are lower than in their countries.
8. Fluctuation in Prices – Globalization has led to fluctuation in price. Due to
increase in competition, developed countries are force to lower down their
prices for their products, this is because other countries like China produce
goods at a lower cost that makes goods to be cheaper than the ones
produced in developed countries.
9. Unemployment – Globalization is a blame to world’s unemployment situation
though it brought some jobs opportunities. Despite the fact that it brought jobs
opportunities to the global but it is still a blame to the current situation.

CHAPTER 5 : PLANETARY NETWORKS

LESSON : Meaning of Planetary Networks
: Meaning of Global Warming
: The effects of consumption and production patterns to climate change

NOMINAL DURATION: Day 1

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After reading this INFORMATION SHEET, YOU MUST be able to:
1. Define the meaning of planetary networks and climate change.
2. Explain the effects of consumption and production to climate change.
3. Value the importance of knowing the effects of consumption and
production patterns to climate change.
.

MEANING OF PLANETARY NETWORKS

Planetary networks refer to the interconnections and
interrelations among the various elements in the natural
environment enveloping and affecting Earth as well as
beyond Earth’s surface. The planetary network is a
network that provides light, love and care for our planet as
a global citizen. Planetary Network helps in transforming the physical climate of the
planet, reorientation humanity to good attitudes and values towards Mother Earth.

MEANING OF GLOBAL WARMING

Global warming is a phenomenon which refers to the rising of
global average temperature on Earth’s surface due to the
thinning of the ozone layer in Earth’s atmosphere. Ozone stays

high up in the atmosphere where it is formed, and its huge quantity is enough to form
shield for earth against the sun’s ultraviolet rays.

THE EFFECTS OF CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION PATTERNS ON

CLIMATE CHANGE

Production refers to how people generate and

manufacture the products they need to use, sell, or
consume. Almost everything comes from natural resources
which are depleted every time they are used. If production
pattern is characterized by heavy dependence on coal, the
problem of climate change will be more aggravated.
Consumption refers
to the use of economic or consumer goods and
resources. Consumption patterns can be
categorized as individual, family, company and
government consumption. It is the main reason
why we need to use our resources. Ecosystem has
the ability to regenerate, sustain and adjust what is
lost, but with the excessive use of land resources,
ecosystem will be destroyed.
Some initiatives by the government that helps protect the environment are the
following:
1. The Kyoto protocol, which was enforced in 2005, specifies targets and
timeframes for reduction of Greenhouse gasses emission of the
industrialized countries. For example, United States produces 23 percent
of the global carbon emission, from 2000 to 2012 its target reduction is
seven percent.

Whether to tweak, bolster or bury the Kyoto Protocol -- the only binding global agreement for
curbing greenhouse gases -- has become a red-hot issue as UN negotiators in Bangkok try to lay
the groundwork for a successor treaty.

2. The emission certificates guarantee a product’s resource efficiency which

can help in increasing sales, decreasing costs and boosting brand loyalty. The
certificate enables the manufacturer to gain international recognition for the products.
3. Carbon offsetting is the reduction of carbon footprint by using other options
such as wind or solar energy.

MEANING OF CLIMATE CHANGE

Climate change is a long-term shift in global or regional climate patterns. Often

climate change refers specifically to the rise in global temperatures from the mid-20 th
century to present. Climate change is a change in the usual weather found in a
place. This could be a change in how much rain in place usually gets in a year. Or it
could be a change in a place’s usual temperature for a month or season.

CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE

We have two categories of Causes of Climate change; this are the
Natural Causes and Man-Made Causes. In every causes there is always an effects.
Even if the causes are man-made or natural. Here are the Effects of climate change
and its cause.
Causes of Climate Change Effects of Climate Change

Forest Fire Ecosystem collapse

Methane Emissions Biodiversity Loss
(Extinction of animals “Endangered species)
Ocean Currents Intensification of extreme weather events
(drought, hurricanes, wildfire, heat waves)

STEPS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS OF CLIMATE CHANGE

⮚ Demand Climate Policy. Most of us live in democracies, and we can
therefore influence national climate policy by making our priorities known.
Climate change is the gravest threat humans currently face, and it should
therefore be at the top of policymaker’s priorities. We can make climate policy
one of our top determining factors in who we vote for. We can write letters
and/or sign petitions to our policymakers to ensure they know our vote is
contingent to their support for climate policy.
⮚ Educate People. People must first understand the magnitude of the climate
problem, which many currently do not. The climate disinformation campaign
has been very effective on this issue.
⮚ Demand Factually Accurate News. Too many journalist and news
organizations are afraid of being labeled as “biased” if they do not report “both
sides” of a story, even if one side is not supported by the evidence.

⮚ Using Social Media. We can each extend our individual reach on this issue
through the use of social media. Like facebook, twitter, intagram and other
social media.
⮚ Incorporate climate risk analysis in designing public infrastructure. The
lifespan of new transportation systems ports, buildings and other
infrastructure could be compromise if they are not designed to be resilient to
climate-related risks. Federal agencies have begun to address this challenge.
⮚ Redirect government subsidies for climate risk behavior. In general, we
are more likely to take risk if we know that someone will bail us out. Indeed,
people and businesses continue to locate where climate related risk (sea level
rise, flooding, wildfire) are growing because the federal government continues
to provide bailouts in the form of federally subsidized flood insurance, coastal
zone protection and wildfire fighting on federal lands. To reduce those risks,
existing programs could be modified to incentivize climate-resilient behavior
by households, developers and businesses.

NOMINAL DURATION: Day 1

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
After reading this INFORMATION SHEET, YOU MUST be able to:
1. Recall the meaning of each terms.
2. Understand the importance of Participation in democracy.
3. Describe the benefits of Participation in democracy.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
⮚ Democratic Intervention – is a military intervention by external forces with
the aim of assisting democratization of the country where the intervention
takes place.
⮚ Democratic Practices – are a part of ordinary routines of communities when
people work together to address shared problems, even when they disagree.

as community issues, thereby implicating citizens as responsible for
education.
⮚ Democracy – A government in which the supreme power is vested in the
people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of
representation usually involving periodically held free elections.
⮚ Participatory Democracy – This process involves an electorate selecting
and voting on political candidates and/or political parties, who in turn make
policy. Citizens entrust their elected leaders to act in accordance to how they
wish to be represented.
⮚ Representative Democracy – The most prevalent system of government in
the Western world. It varies from constitutional monarchies to parliamentary
republics to constitutional republics. Representative democracy, also known
as indirect democracy or representative government, is a type of
democracy founded on the principle of elected persons representing a group
of people, in contrast to direct democracy.

IMPORTANCE OF DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION

Democratic participation is not only a way to help citizens in improving
their life quality but it can serve the government, public consultations, environmental
groups, charities and much more. All this feedback leads to massive improvements
in performance quality. Thanks to the increase in citizen involvement, we not only
see improvements in performance but we also get more accountability. It plays an
important role in the decision-making process, by improving decisions through a
collection of considerations among local knowledge
It is important to share the governance with citizens, giving to them
more space where their inputs can be provided. Citizens should be considered a
partner in governance, sharing with them responsibilities and elaborating together
local plans of action. Engaging citizens in policy-making allows governments to
obtain new sources of ideas and exchange information, during the decision-making
process. It develops a process by trying through serios efforts to do the best for their
community, reflects about various issues. Although the process of citizen’s
participation is not simple, it’s important because citizen’s involvement makes the
implementation of a decision, plan or policy unless public officials have their
constituents on board with a particular decision plan. Citizen’s involvement in
governance helps to build accountability and responsibilities for both public officials
and the citizens.

BENEFITS OF DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION

Democratic participation creates a number of obvious benefits for the
rulers of the country. It bolsters their ability to impose totalitarian policies upon its
citizenry with little or no resistance to repressive and violent tactics. It provides a
preemptive form of mass consent, which elites, while shielding the actual rulers from
public scrutiny. It ensures that an angry citizenry will turn its anger to fellow citizens

instead of toward the ruling class. The obvious benefit to the rulers is an unbroken,
unending grip on power. Democratic participation fosters the preemptive acceptance
of whatever policies are instituted by the elected, and creates mass tolerance for
oppression. Wars of conquest, mass incarceration, and economic slavery all become
facts of life for a citizenry content to vote every few years for big changes in how
their leaders conduct their crony capitalism and rapacious military adventures.
The benefits are unchecked to the handful or elites shielded by the
democratic smoke and mirrors. Because of democratic participation, rulers are able
to ruin untold numbers of lives while neutralizing any tendency among the ruled to
form an active resistance to tyranny. Rulers are free to criminalize any activity that
threatens their grip of power, while democratic participation reinforces an impotent
opposition to only minor details. It reduces civil disobedience to election time
activism consisting of social media posts encouraging dissenters to proudly cast their
vote in a few years instead of taking to the streets. It creates a convenient way for
dissenters to channel their anger at fellow citizens instead of at power elites, freeing
the elites to focus on economic supremacy and military conquest.

Information and communications technology (ICT). Provide access to
information through telecommunication. It is similar to Information Technology (IT),
but focuses primarily on communication technologies. This includes the internet,
wireless networks, cellphones, and other communication medium.

BENEFITS OF TECHNOLOGY

1. Easy Access to Information. It has become pretty easy to get access to relevant
information at anytime and anywhere. This has been possible because of modern
technologies like broadband internet. Lots of data is being published and indexed
online, sites like Wikipedia and YouTube have great original content that is
regularly used for research or entertainment.
2. Improved Communication. Modern technology has blessed us with advanced
communication technology tools. These include e-fax, electronic mail, mobile
phones, video conferencing, instant text messaging application, social
networking, etc. all these modern communication technology tools have simplified
the way humans and businesses communicate.
3. The Convenience of Travelling Ease of Mobility . Modern transportation
technology makes it very easy to travel long distances. Transport is a very
important both in our lives and in the business world. Transportation technology
has evolved with years. In the past, it used to be slow and expensive to move
long distances. Nowadays, we can cover a 10 miles distance within a few
minutes using electric trains, airplanes or cars.
4. Efficiency and Productivity. Modern technology has helped business increase
production. Humans are slow, and sometimes they fail to deliver on time and
quality. Many companies have integrated modern technology in their production
line, increasing output and allowing for more consistent quality.
5. Convenience in Education. Modern technology has made it simple for students to
learn from anywhere through online education and mobile education. Also,
students now use modern technology in classroom to learn more effectively.
6. Social Networking. Modern technology has made it simple to discover our old
friends and also discover new people to network with; this is a benefit to both
individuals and businesses.
7. Benefits to the Health Industry . Most hospital have implemented modern
technology in surgical rooms, and this has reduced mistakes made by doctor.

HOW ICT CAN FACILITATE SOCIAL RELATIONSHIP AND POLITICAL

MOVEMENTS

Communication Technologies, despite their huge corporate, military, and

surveillance applications, also afford opportunities within political movements to
debate, mobilize, reflect, imagine, fantasize, critique, archive, and inform, and will be
pivotal to developing a further for humans rather than for capital. It provides a variety

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are facilitating collective
action in ways never thought possible. Although collective action in ways never
thought possible. Although the broader political climate may have a powerful
influence on the success or failure of emerging social movement organizations
(SMOs), the internet is enabling groups previously incapable of political action to find
their voices. Whether this shift is offering greater relative benefit to previously
underrepresented or incumbent political fixtures is subject to debate, but it is clear
that like-minded people are now able to better locate and converse with each other
via many internet media. As a result, the distance between talk and organized action
has grown smaller. The internet is a locus for all types not groups to communicate,
collaborate, and cooperate. This technology is, in principle, value neutral: it can be a
channel for both positive and negative connections. In other words, cyberspace is a
place for people with a wide range of interest including radical groups interested in
fomenting social and political discontent. Yet, the methods each group uses to
mobilize could be similar. What follows is a summary of the literature on the role of
the internet in social and political mobilization, with the goal of examining concepts,
theories, and findings that may be relevant to understanding the potential role of the
internet in radicalization.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
⮚ Neural Networks. A series of algorithms that endeavors to recognize
underlying relationships in a set of data through a process that mimics the
way the human brains operates. A neural network works similarly to the
human brain’s neural network. A “neuron” in a neural network is a
mathematical function that collects and classifies information according to a
specific architecture. The network bears a strong resemblance to statistical
methods such as curve fitting and regression analysis.
⮚ Social Network. The use of internet-based social media sites to stay
connected with friends, family, colleagues, customers, or clients. Social
networking can have a social purpose, a business purpose, or both, through
sites such as facebook, twitter, Linkedin, and Instagram, among others.
⮚ Relationship network. Simply the art of meeting people and benefiting from
those relationships. Often the benefit of these relationship is to obtain
information and leads to further grow your business relationship, is unique to
every pair of individuals, and it evolves over time.
⮚ Connection. A relationship between two things, people, or groups.
⮚ Network. A group formed from parts that are connected together. A network
is also a company that provides programs to a group of television or radio
stations.
⮚ Relationship. The way two or more people are connected, or the way behave
toward each other.
