ANNOTATION

Learning Objectives presented aimed to develop

learners holistically. Knowledge, Skills and Attitude were
evident to fully mold learners as competitive and asset to
the community. According to dougdvorak, these factors of
learning go hand-and-hand with how well we succeed in
our personal and professional lives.
The activities provided enable learners to grasp
information and deepen their understanding on the concept
by performing the activities. They were able to manipulate
learning materials and develop their fine motor skills,
critical and creative thinking. Based on the theory of John
Dewey, learners learn best when they do the activity.
Giving of assessment is one way of evaluating how
well the learners learn the lesson. It will also help teachers
provide the appropriate intervention to the learners who left
behind. Assessment utilized in this lesson was by asking
questions relevant to the activites performed to know if the
learners really master the competency and also develop
their communication skills.
ANNOTATION

The Learning Objectives articulates the knowledge, skills, and attitude that

the learners need to acquire. In this lesson in MAPEH, particularly in Physical

Education about Rhythmic Interpretation the objectives were brief and clear of

what learners will be able to do at the end of the lesson as a result of the activities,

teaching and learning that would take in place.

Active Learning Approach was given emphasis in this lesson. Thus, according

to Jean Piaget’s Theory, teachers take an active, mentoring role towards pupils.

Instead of pushing information at learners while they sit and listen passively,

teachers must share the learning experience and encourage them to be active and

engaged. The activities I provided enable learners to grasp information and deepen

their understanding on the concept by performing the activities. They were able to

physically perform the activities and develop their motor skills, critical and

creative thinking. Based on the theory of John Dewey, learners learn best when

they do the activity.

Assessment is tied to the learning goals making it comprehensive and holistic.

It involves asking pupils to create or performwhat they have learned giving notion

to highest end product of learning.

Annotation

In this lesson I used the teaching and learning principles to

enhance critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication,
which have been identified as essential for successful learning. Learning
objectives given were specific and very attainable. In my lesson about
reading words with short vowel sounds, activities given were aligned to
the learning objectives.Creating appreciation of the written word,
developing awareness of printed language and learning to understand the
relation of letters and words were given emphasis.

In this lesson in MTB-MLE I the learner-centered teaching
philosophy was employed. The learners were actively engaged and the
teacher serves as facilitator of learning.

Annotation
In this objective my lesson plan demonstrates application of
learner-centered teaching philosophy. In today’s kind of education,
teachers are facilitators of learning and the learners should be actively
engaged in the learning activity.

My lesson in Science V, the different parts of a flower and their

functions enable learners to develop different learning skills. It
encompasses critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and
communication, which have been identified as essential in modern work
environment.

Assessment utilized in this lesson was by asking questions relevant

to the activites performed to know if the learners really master the
competency.
