I have asked some of the questions of this interview based on the questions given in the list.

Interviewee number one has agreed and given permission for me to conduct this interview.

For the first interviewee I have interviewed miss Viviene who is 81 years old. For the first question
I’d asked her how close she is to her family, she is really close to her family and they all live in the
same house except for her daughter who is in Dubai.

For the second from the kist question she feels properly respected in her family, she feels she gets
the respect she deserves and is very respected. She feels her family cares for her a lot and respects
her for the things she has done for them.

For the third question on the list she says that she will greatly appreciate if her family members
would help her more with some household chores during the day if they are available because it is a
sbit hard to do certain chores due to her age. It would also make her happy if her grandkids spoke to
her more often as she loves to talk to people and her grandkids are the least busy in her family.

Miss Viviene cooks delicious meals for her and her family, she does household chores like doing the
laundry etc. she also gives great advice, encouragement and motivation to her kids and grandkids.
She speaks who her daughter who lives far from home every night and they exchange stories about
what happened during their day.

For the last question on the list she says our government could do much more for all the elderly in
the country. currently the government doesn’t grant proper pension for old people or take care of
them by providing. Lucky for her miss Viviene has a loving family.
