    I am writing this letter to request you to approve the changes proposed earlier to be carried out in

    our classrooms.
    I believe that approving the proposed changes will help the classrooms to be better and well
    equipped for the learning of all subjects. Providing television sets will help the teachers to
    embrace new technologies and improve learning. The notice boards should also be renovated to
    allow the students get information quickly through them as sometimes they take weeks before
    going for an assembly. This therefore leaves them uninformed which in most cases has resulted
    to an increase in indiscipline cases.
