Calling the Amazon Customer Service Department

Agustín: Hello, it 's Agustín Luna. I was calling to express my displeasure with the company,
due to the bad service I have had.
First of all, I asked for a Harry Potter’s funko pop toy of Luna Lovegood, and what I got was
a set of pans and pots and as if that were not enough, I paid amazon prime for receiving it in
the next 24 h and it took 3 weeks to finally arrive.
So the main point is that I really would like to talk to the chief.

Diana: Hello sr.Agustín, as part of the client service team I am really shocked by this
situation, and I’m looking forward to solving this incident.
In a moment I’ll put you through the department store manager.

Meri: Good Morning mr. Agustín.


Client service team has informed me about the critical and unacceptable situation you have
been through.
I would like to apologise about it and compensate with a refund and an entire year off free
amazon prime.
Again, the Amazon team wants to express regret. Hope you can forgive us. For any other
