HEC/USAID funded Career Development Center, Directorate of Financial Assistance &
University Advancement, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Rejoined my services after the
completion of project USPCAS-AFS).

2. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR-HR/ADMIN (March 05, 2015 - June 02, 2019)


USAID funded Project U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Agriculture and Food
Security (USPCAS-AFS), University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (On secondment).
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Director of Administration in HR & admin matters.
- Employee orientation sessions & guidance and preparation of HR & Administration
related cases to have approval of the Competent Authority.
- Arranging the meetings of Statutory Bodies & Advisory Committees and preparation
of their agendas and minutes.
- Dealing with the directives of the various Government Authorities/ University and their
implementation in the Center.
- Dealing service rules, regulations and statutes relating to employees.
- Helping employees in their career development & personal development with respect
to their current job and future prospects.
- Coordinating with all departments pertaining to Admin support to all departments on
all Admin related issues.
- Maintaining of service books and leave accounts of staff/ principal officers.
