1 SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
a. Name of the Project – name of the Product or service only
b. Proponents - name of the official members of the group, arranged alphabetically
c. Location - be specific in putting the location of your business, text only. Describe well the address that
it would be easy for the reader to locate it.
d. Project Description - summary of the Product description found in technical. In technical study it is
more detailed but here all important key points are placed here. Emphasize well the positive attributes of
the product like the healthy benefits it gives.
e. Major Assumptions Please do not give definitions here. Look at the topics under each
Management Feasibility study then make assumptions or you assume. Example under a
Marketing Feasibility Financial Feasibility : A 5% increase in Rent Expense is expected
for year 2024 upon renewal of contract. When there are

the enrollees of MOIST, it is increasing each year with an average of 15% therefore, our
market share of 10% for 2023 and onward are also expected to increase. It is an increase
therefore of demand for our product. With a good sets of strategy in promoting our
product…….

 Technical Study – the location has a potential for future growth as there is a government

Recommendation - Here you state what you are recommending to happen.

Example : The group recommends that the business shall proceed and start its operation by August

Note : The August 2023 is the longest time/duration for your business to operate. This is the time you
spent for processing your license to operate a business, the time you prepare the office/store
(renovation), the duration of preparing the equipment and raw materials and all that are needed to be
done after having been approved by panelists on January 2023.
