TUNA CEVICHE

Ingredients
 two carrots
 Two hundred and eighty grams of tuna is equivalent to two cans
of tuna mazatun
 A cucumber
 salt to taste
 eight lemons
 a bunch of coriander

Procedure
First we peel the carrots and the cucumber and wash
them, then grate the carrots in a container, then chop
the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut it into small
squares and place them in the same container with
the carrot, then open the cans of tuna and drain the
water, then chop the bunch of coriander, previously
washed and placed with all the ingredients, and
finally add salt to taste and add the lemon juice, mix
well all the ingredients and Refrigerate it for about
half an hour so that it is fresh.
