1) To see the capabilities of the business so that the business can grow in perfect
way.
2) To see the direction of the business whether well received or not.
3) To ensure the business can be run well and in an orderly manner.
4) To create guidelines in business dealings if anything happened to the business.

3.0 ADMINISTRATION PLAN

3.0.1 MISSION
The Burger Hunter wants to make all community get the taste of the burger and they
will miss the bites of the burger from The Burger Hunter. The Burger Hunter prepared
another level taste of burger.

3.0.2 VISION
The Burger Hunter wants to open more franchises in our state as our main priority.
The Burger Hunter also wants to open the stall for a longer time just like other brands
of fast food such as McDonalds. The Burger Hunter wants to give opportunity job to
our local when the stall has increase bigger and have more franchises.

3.0.3 MOTTO
‘GREAT FOOD BRING HAPPINESS ‘
We have decided that our motto for all the customers that eat and buy our food from
The Burger Hunter. We can describe many people is happy when they having their
great day and doing activities that bring joy to them. Everybody will happy when they
eat delicious food especially when they are very hungry. Our motto wants to shows
that our delicious menu can give happiness to all people who have tasted it.

SHORT TERM GOALS


❖ Getting first customer for day one of our business operation and ask their opinion
about our menu.
❖ All operation in the stall needs to be smooth so that customer will comfortable to
buy food.
❖ All stocks on that day can be finished by customers and will have little wastage
from all of our burger material stocks.
❖ The admin of The Burger Hunter social media needed to update many contents
and post more info about our menu.
❖ All of the community who live nearby will get to known about our stall’s location
and know about our menu.
LONG TERM GOALS
❖ The Burger Hunter can have more than one franchises in same state because of
the many demands from the customers.
❖ We want to create our own burger’s meat and have our own factory to supplied
stocks for our stalls.
❖ Our social media account will have many followers because of the attractive and
creative content from our admin.
❖ The Burger Hunter stall will become popular in our nation because of the local
product that we made.
❖ We want to create a program that can give many people who cannot afford our
menu for free for one day.

3.0.4 OBJECTIVE
❖ To satisfied every customer with our own recipe and style of cook because we
want customer to remember our menu.
❖ To sell the burger with affordable prices so that all community can buy it such as
students, family and children.
❖ To make our burger always been remember by community in that place and
always been references to many stalls in the state.
❖ To give healthy benefits for customers because use fresh meat that been
supplied by local company.
❖ To have big influence in food industry in our nation and can give great example
for all entrepreneurs.
