    My name is MARILOU S. LANURIAS that bought a St. Ferdinand plan on July 2017 thru semi
    annual payment. However, due to the covid19 pandemic, I was not able to fulfill my obligation
    to pay it as planned. For this reason, may I respectfully request from your good office that my
    Life Plan with LPC No.491655A be reinstated if it is in accordance to your good will.
