We are students of Malayan Colleges Laguna taking up the course, NSTP021 NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM 1. One of the
objectives of this course is for us to coordinate with identified communities in which we could conduct a Community Profiling Activity that would
enable us to determine the needs of our chosen community for a possible project.

The community profiling activity construes a Community Profiling Profile sheet that would require the following details from the community (please
see attached file):
 Community details (population, land area, available facilities)
 Community needs (problems encountered, areas for improvement)
 Community recommendations (possible projects for the community)

In line with this, we humbly request to conduct the Community Profiling activity with you through any of the following:
 Via Email -answering the Community Profile Sheet provided;
 Via Messenger App -conducting an online interview through an agreed upon Messenger application;
 Via Video-Conference App -conducting an online conference through agreed upon Videoconferencing
applications (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc.,)

Rest assured that all communications will be strictly formal, and information gathered will serve the purpose of this project only.
