How successful was your team at this challenge?

We did very good at least I think we did our tower stood up and did not break into pieces.

How did this activity help you grow your confidence in creativity and innovation?

We thought about how a real tower is built.

How did this activity help you grow your level of initiative and self-reliance?

I now know that its better to communicate with other people instead of goofing around with sticky
notes.
