20014 ம் வருடம்________ மாதம்________ ந்தேதி கிராமம்/ டவுன் ________ தெரு ________ கதவு
எண் ________ என்ற விலாசத்தில் வசிக்கும் திரு ________ அவர்களின் மனைவி ________
ஆகிய நான் நல்ல ஞாபக சக்தியுடனும் பிறருடைய தூண்டுதல் இல்லாமலும் என்னுடைய
முழு விருப்பப்படி எழுதி வைத்த உயில் சாசனம் என்னவென்றால்,
இப்பொழுது எனக்கு ________ வயதாகிறது.என் வயோதிகத்தின் காரணமாக எனக்கு நாளுக்கு
நாள் உடல் நலம் குன்றி பலவனம்
ீ ஏற்பட்டுக் கொண்டு வருகிறது. நான் இந்த நல்ல
நிலைமையில் இருக்கும் போதே எனக்கு பாத்தியப்பட்ட சொத்து விபரத்தில் கண்ட சொத்து
குறித்து ஒரு எழுத்து மூலமான உயில் எழுதி வைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற விருப்பத்தின்
போ¤ல் இந்த உயில்சாசனத்தை எழுதி வைக்கிறேன்.
எனக்கு திருமணமாகி என் கணவர் திரு ________மூலமாக திரு ________ என்ற மகனும்
திருமதி. ________ மற்றும் திருமதி ________ என்ற 2 மகள்களும் உள்ளனர். தற்போது என்
கணவர் உயிரோடு இல்லை. என் கணவர் காலமானபின் என்னுடைய மகன்தான் எனக்கு
தேவையான சகல வசதிகளையும் செய்து கொண்டு காப்பாற்றி வருகின்றான். இனிமேலும்
எனது இறுதிக்காலம் வரை அவன் என்னை நல்லமுறையில் கவனித்து வருவான் என்று
எனக்கு பூரண நம்பிக்கை உள்ளது. மேலும் மகள்கள் இருவருக்கும் என் கணவர் உயிருடன்
இருக்கும் பொழுதே நல்ல முறையில் போதுமான சீர் வரிசைகளுடன் நல்ல இடங்களில்
திருமணம் செய்து கொடுத்து விட்டோம். ஆகவே எனக்கு உரிமையான சொத்து விபரத்தில
கண்ட ________ சொத்தை எனது காலத்துக்கு பின் எனது மகன் திரு.________ பூரணமாக சகல
பாத்தியதைகளுடன் அடைந்து புத்திர பௌத்திர பாரம்பர்யமாக ஆண்டனுபவித்துக்
கொள்வதாக இந்த உயில் சாசனம் எழுதி வைக்கிறேன்.
இந்த உயில் சாசனத்தில் கண்ட சொத்து எனக்கே பாத்தியப்பட்டது என்றும் அதில் வேறு
எவருக்கும் எவ்வகை உரிமையும், பாத்தியமும் சம்மந்தமும், கிடையாதென்றும் இந்த
உயில் சாசனத்தை எழுதி வைக்க எனக்கு பூரண உ£¤மை உள்ளது என்றும் உறுதி
கூறுகிறேன்.
இந்த உயில் சாசனம் என்னுடைய ஆயுட் காலத்திற்கு பிறகு நடைமுறைக்கு வர
வேண்டியது. இதை நான் வேண்டும் போது ரத்து செய்யவும் மாற்றி எழுதவும் திருத்தி
அமைக்கவும் எனக்கு பூரண உரிமை உண்டு.
இதுவே நான் எழுதி வைக்கும் உயில் சாசனம் ஆகும்.
இந்தப்படிக்கு நான் என்னுடைய பூரண சம்மதத்தின் போ¤லும் பிறருடைய தூண்டுதல்
இல்லாமலும் நல்ல ஞாபக சக்தியுடனும் என் விருப்பப்படியும் எழுதி வைத்த உயில்
சாசனம்.

Out of my own free will and in a full disposing state of mind without any coercion, undue influence from any body.
I am now aged about____ years old and I am anxious that after my life time all my properties whether movable or
immovable and my interest in the business concern belonging to me should devolve smoothly according to my desires set
out in this Will, so that there may not be any complications.
I acquired property more fully described in the schedule hereunder from Thiru. ____ in and by sale deed dated. ____
registered as Doct.No. ____ of Book 1 volume filed at pages____ to on the file of the Sub Registrar ____ of ____ and from
the said date, the said property has been in my exclusive enjoyment and have been enjoying without any interruption from
any body.
I give, devise and bequeath the movable and immovable properties property more fully described in the schedule hereunder
to Thiru. ____ , son of Thiru.____ Hindu aged about years residing presently residing at ____ and the said shall be the
absolute owner of the property after my life time.
I possess 60 % of shares in the Company. I give, devise and bequeath my said shares absolutely in favor of my wife and she
will have unfettered discretion to do whatever she likes with the said shares as and when they devolve on her. In the event of
my wife predeceasing me, I give, devise and bequeath my said shares of 60% in the said Company to my two daughters
absolutely to be taken by them in equal shares.
I give, devise and bequeath whatever properties movable or immovable wherever situated and which are not specifically set
out in this Will to be taken absolutely by both of my daughters equally.
I appoint my elder daughter to be the Executor and Trustee of this Will.
This Will shall come into effect after my death.
I reserve my right to alter or revoke this Will.
Thus I have executed this Will as set out above out of my own free Will and with a full disposing state of mine.

Now I am ________ old. I'm getting sick and weaker because of my old age. While I was in this good condition, I wanted to
write a letter on the property I found in my property details.

daughters. My husband is not alive at present. After my husband passed away my son has been doing all the facilities I need
