Assignment # 3: Internship

1) Relationships with supervisors/staff:

I will not Face any challenges while making relationships with supervisors/ Staff.

Because I already do marketing stuff which built this sense to adjust myself according to the

environment and understanding what expectations others had from me.

2) Frequency and focus of supervision:

Addressing People and making supervision is not a difficult task. As I didn’t hesitate to

supervise large groups and make them reach the line. We already Perform tasks as groups in the

school and I hope I will do the same here.

3) Making ethical decisions:

I will also not face any difficulty while making ethical decisions because I work on

myself on regular basis and I try not to misbehave with any colleague either at work or in

college. I set high-level moral goals for myself which help me make ethical decisions easily.

4) Consulting others for guidance:

This is also another area where I face no challenge because I already consult with my

elders and my seniors before making any decision regarding the matter I face. I try to get their

Point of view on the matter so I can make better decisions and solve the problem efficiently.

5) Conflicts of interest:

This is the matter where I face a challenge because like every I want what is best for

myself and help me in the future. I will try harder to land a successful internship no matter what

cost I had to pay. This will lead to a conflict of interest in some sense but this is the area where I

had to work.

6) Disclosure of personal information:

This matter is also easy as I disclose my personal information easily as I mentioned that I

work in marketing and I often share personal information with customers to gain their Trust and

remove their trust issue.

7) Social media usage:

In this area, I also will not feel any difficulty because I already use social media quite

rarely due to the nature of my work. I didn’t get enough time to use social media and if I get

some time I will prefer to talk to my family members about 4-10 minus only.

8) Personal values and character:

This is the area where I also had to work on. This means I will face challenges because

sometimes you had to compromise while knowing that you are right. This is the one field where I

don’t tolerate it when some question my character and Personal values.

9) Right to privacy:

This area is also where I feel challenged because I live in an environment where I had a

lot of Privacy and no one asks me what I am doing or why I am doing it. The environment is the

reason why I feel it’s difficult to encounter this problem.

10) Attraction/intimate relationships:

As I mentioned in the above topic that I like living in my space and working the way I

want. I like having friendships with colleagues and will look toward making a better working

relationship with them in the field. And not for attraction or any other attribute so I can easily

counter this issue.
