    Praised be Jesus and Mary!


    We are writing this letter to formally apply for a work-from-home scheme so we can still do our
    tasks as teachers while we spend our time at home taking care and watching over our Tatay. He
    is suffering from urnea and needs our earnest care and attention.
    We will try our best to accomplish our task effectively and submit a daily accomplishment log
    every Friday. We will also make ourselves available at any working time of the day to respond to
    concerns from your office, academic coordinator, co-teachers and students.
    We deeply appreciate your understanding and consideration for this matter.
