    DID THE KATIPUNAN FRAME RIZAL?

    Probably not, because they’re both fighting for independence against the Spanish
    Colony. Rizal on the other hand, repudiates to cooperate with the katipunan due to bad
    timing and the nation was still unprepared.

    Rizal was not directly associating with the Katipuneros. On the contrary, he manage to
    support the group and concede as well as its cause. And was then the inspiration to its
    members and is considered as its honorary President.
