MARKETING PLAN
According to Joe Chernov and Ryan Holmes , Good marketing makes the company look
smart. Great marketing makes the customer feel smart , and if you from a strategy without
research , your brand will barely float, and at the speed of industries move today , brand sink
fast.
Those statement above can relate on how we open or stablish a business, once the
proponent refuse to the research and set a great marketing plan , there could be a huge
possibility of risk in terms of customers, and sales. The 4Ps in marketing namely: the product,
price, place, and promotion are significant . Beside the 4Ps, marketing objectives and marketing
analysis like customer/demand analysi, target market, supply analysis, demand and supply
analysis, and competitive analysis must be also considered and observed. It determines if a
business can endure internal and external factors, as well as whether if the business can fulfill its
objectives as planned.

1. Customer/Demand Analysis
According to the 2020 Census, the Municipality of Claver and Gigaquit, Surigao del Norte
has a total population of 57,228. The proponents only distributed a total of 100
questionnaire due to lack of budget for printing materials. The respondents of the survey
conducted include worker, students and teachers of the population. Convenience sampling
will be used for data collection. It is a type of non-probability sampling in which people are
sampled, simply because they are “convenient” during the conducting of interviews.
a. Target Market
The Clavernon and Gigaquitnon constituents particularly students, worker and teachers
who loves to snacks will be our target market. Based on the survey conducted. It shows that
most of our potential customer preferred to buy pizza, halo-halo, burger, fries, siomai,
siopao, and milktea and are willing to expend 180 to 220php for the pizza ,50 to 65php for
the halo-halo, 35 to 50 for the burger , 35 to 45 for the fries, 20 php per serve for the siomai,
45php for the siopao and 85 to 95 php for the milktea. It also shows that most customer
usually eat pizza and drink milktea whenever they wanted to.
b. Supply analysis

The raw materials to be used in production of the products will be acquired at the
Gaisano at Surigao City. To save expenses, the proponent purchase depending to the
demand of the customer. If the demand up or increased. It shows that will have more
materials to purchase to sustain the growing demand of the product.
On the other hand, flour, coffee, sugar , water, pineapple, siomai, fries, bread (for the
burger), burger steak, cups (for the milktea) and etc… has a certain whole sale supplier,
product will be acquired also at the Gaisano at Surigao city. If there will be shortage of stock
during operation, the proponent can easily buy in any grocery store at Claver “centro” for it
has ability rate.
c. Competitive analysis
Based on the survey conducted by proponent. It shows that there is a great demand of
pizza, burger, halo-halo, fries , siomai ,siopao and milktea. The proponent decided to
purchase flours, sugar, coffee, water , pineapple and etc…had a perspective supplier. If there
will be shortage of stock during operation, The proponent can easily buy in any grocery store
at Claver “centro” for it has availability rate.
The proponent will cater the needs in response to the demand of the market, If there is a
great demand, the proponent will need to find away to support its supply. They believe that
this proposed business can get a market once its launched in the market

A. Business location
The snack and chill will be located at P-1 Ladgaron , Claver, Surigao Del Norte just
in front of busilog.
B. Distribution strategy
Semi direct distributes will be used by the proponents of the business . The snack and
chill distributes product directly to the customer without using intermediaries . direct selling
is a good way to manage cost , and also because of this idea the business will be 90%
possible to be success, specially when you have a small business. It allows the proponent to
sell their products with online and f2f to handle their marketing and sales.
However , food delivery will also be used by the proponent of the business “SNACK
AND CHILL” will distributes products to the customer who ordered online, we will add some
delivery fee. The delivery boy will deliver the customer ordered from the “snackan” to
customers house or where they are located. By that, Semi-direct distribution will be apply.
4.Promotion
In order to achieve awareness of the target market , the proponent together with
their hired cook ,waiters and delivery boy will be posting on social media about the launching
of their business, the proponent will also create facebook page of the business so that the
customer can easily ordered online, and also the staff of that business will paste poster
related about launching of their business in anywhere in Claver like Claver terminal. The
proponent will also broadcast the snack and chill on all radio station in Claver specially Click
and Birada FM. And also the proponent announce in their facebook page and broadcast it
into radio that the first 10 customer entered will have 10% discount of all items.
