Activity 2

As a future teacher, how do you think can you help a misbehaving pupil/student?

As a future teacher, the very first I’ll do to deal with a misbehaving student is to stick with the set
of rules and consequences implemented inside the classroom. As calm as I can be, I’ll talk to him in
private and will make sure that the student is fully aware of what he’s done and how he is behaving. It is
necessary to ask the student his possible reasons for such behavior. In this way, he’ll realize his actions
and can therefore reflect. After that, we’ll come up with an agreement as to what we’ll do or what the
consequences would be if ever he misbehaved again. Lastly, I’ll try to be more close to him as I become a
good role model to all my students.
